Wow! I didn't know this store untill I googled alterations store around my neighborhood. He was welcoming us and very kind. I had a great customer service at this store. I needed to be fixed my kid's jacket zipper as soon as possible. My kid only wears this jacket. I visited two other alterations store in Metrotown mall. One store told me they need to find out a week if they can fix or not. Because it was toddler size. No guarantee either fix or not , left the jacket wasn't good for me. But this store, he looked like "no problem" fixing this problem. Same day drop off , and pick up. He made my day!! My kid was super happy too. Thank you so much, Kingsway alterations!!
