Good machines and great service
Small, busy, only four machines in service... owner moping sweeping while people are trying to do their laundry...like really?
Really friendly staff. Service was quick. One medium load of washing and drying with their detergent is 6$. Be sure to bring lots of laundry as this is the case. However, it’s worth it and this place saved my life as I just started my kitchen job last night and am working again tonight, and don’t want to return in last nights uniform.
Friendly family laundromat.
My partner and I have been coming here every two weeks for around a year. Lovely man that serves you. Even when we caused a machine to leak one time, they were very understanding.
Very busy place. Some dryers were not working
Much better and much closer laundromat are around
Can't use my laundry because of renos so I figured I would give them a try. Very very clean, very good price at $2.75 for a wash and about $3.50 or so for a dry. The very nice lady there is very polite and very friendly and was nice enough to answer any questions I had about the machine. And they have wifi :). I will definitely be using them again.
First time using this place and I have to say guy was very nice and helpful not sure what all the negative reviews are all about.
DON'T go here find somewhere else dropped off my laundry and everything white came back pink. I didn't have anything red in my laundry. So stupid ,they should have said something when I picked up. Never again ,never again
The owner is so nice along with his wife I do my laundry there every week with no issues.
Good ????
This place is the best
My washing machine broke down and I went here late on a Saturday. Since they are closed Sunday & Monday I was potentially going to be without fresh clothes for 2 days. Mary, the owner, (who was already working hard to manage several machine) told me she’d try her best to get my load done before they closed. I didn’t have big expectation as I had never met her before but she empathized with my situation and rushed my order through. Not only did she finish my clothes in time; my clothes were freshly cleaned, smelled nice, and were folded incredibly perfect! I was very impressed by the service and by Mary’s hardworking self. She truly made my day and I’m happy to leave her a 5-star review!
Absolute Trash! I put 2.50$ into the dryer for 30 minutes. At the end my laundry was still wet. I figured I must have loaded it too full. So I put another 2.00$ in for another 24 minutes. I come back and my laundry is still wet! So I go get change for another 5.00 and split my load up this time. Putting 1.50$ in each machine hoping this would do the trick. While the two dryers are going, I touched the new dryer and it was hot then touched the old dryer and it was cold!. I realized the dryer was broken this whole time. I felt dumb and went and told the owner. He checks the coin holder and there is only the 1.50$ I put in recently. He doesn't believe that i put in the previous 4.50$ and wouldn't even give me the coins to put my laundry in another dryer. I see him clean out the coin holders after every time someone uses a machine.. I guess this is why he does it! Absolute scam artist and trash businessman. Sad thing is I've been going here for years and now they have lost my business permanently over 4.50$.
It's ok, the prices seem to be going up every other week and the machines are mediocre the staff are helpful ...I'm not a very social person so this just might be me but they try to start small chit chat..like I said that isn't me. I just mind my own business speak only when spoken to, so if I seem rude I'm not, im just trying to get out of there asap so I don't have to talk ????
lots of machine, friendly owner.
Jon Hsiu: as laundry, we need to try best to clean it. let client satisfy. but your laundry have big spot blood stain. you do not tell me clean or not clean this spot. I clean it as laundromat. It is not my fault. You are a business client. That is why different price with family client.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I dropped off 3 bags of laundry for their laundry service. At the top of one of our laundry bags was a vintage rust-coloured suede jacket. As this laundromat also does dry cleaning, I had assumed that they would dry clean the jacket. I will own the fact that I should not have assumed and should have specified. When we went to pick up our laundry, the bill was $66.46. The owner told us that he was only charging us $60 because "a tiny bit of colour from the jacket got on a couple of items of clothing." I said that I was sure it was fine, paid the bill, retrieved my laundry and left. I wish more than anything that I had looked at my laundry before paying and leaving. When I got home and unpacked the laundry bags, we discovered that what had actually happened was that he had washed and dried the suede jacket in a conventional machine, completely destroying it. But what was even worse was that he had washed it in a load of white clothing and EVERYTHING was ruined. One large, full bag of clothing was all dyed pale orange with larger dark rust patches...roughly about $400 worth of items destroyed. The owner had, on one article of clothing, tried to get it off by using some kind of bleach cleaner so that sweatshirt now has a big bleach stain on the front of it as well as all of the rust coloured dye. As the laundromat was closed, my partner and I went back the next day to talk to him and to try and get our money back. My partner expressed that while a significant amount of clothing was ruined, all we wanted was our money back. The owner kept refusing, saying that it was not his fault and that we were to blame because we put the jacket in with the bag of laundry. Someone who owns a laundromat/dry cleaning service should know that a suede jacket, (particularly a vintage one), should not go in a washer and dryer. And regardless of his perceived mixup about how the jacket should be cleaned, he sure as hell should have known to not put a rust coloured item in with a white load. He had my name and number and could have called to clarify at any time. We did not get our money back and we are stuck with a pile of clothing that needs to be repurposed. He did not offer any compensation or take any responsibility whatsoever. The owner is a man of poor morals and business ethics and I cannot stress enough that you should AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Or this owner's incompetence, as it did for us, could cost you greatly.
I have been coming here for at least 5 years never have had a problem staff are awesome
Owners are pleasant, equipment is well maintained and place is kept tidy. Good value.
Best drop-off laundry service in metro-vancouver!
Very friendly environment, great customer service!
This laundromat is great. Very kind owners and I will definitely be going back!
Friendly, clean. Good machines.
The guy here who acts who is sick n gives you the changes from beyond the counter I asked for 10 dollars in changed gave me a 5 dollars bill and 2 dollor in coins. When less in 5 minutes I come for asking for more change...he told me that my 5 dollar bill is fake when he was the one who gave me that 5 dolor bill. I got upset cuz that was the bill he gave me..when I told him I want my money back he deny giving it back cuz he said my clothes are in the machine. When in fact they weren't even in wash cycle in was in prewssh. There they know how to make steal your money. They guy here was telling me to use almost all the machine for the small amount of clothes cuz he said too much water...which it didn't make any sense. Pls I beg the owner don't say sorry..you stole money from me from a service where they know how to steal money..cuz u ''ll look like a dirty liar.
Nice owner but the machines are aging
Be very wary about their drop off service - consistently overcharged and billed for services I never asked for. Have been using their drop-off laundry service for about a year now, and when I started I was quoted a price per lbs. When I paid for each load, it was consistently a couple lbs over the actual as I weighed it myself but I let it slide figuring it was perhaps a minor calibration issue with their scale. After awhile, I was being charged for more than just a few lbs over, it was quite a few lbs over. When asked, he told me that they decided to charge me a higher rate because I asked for a receipt, without ever informing me?! Even when using the higher rate, it didn't account for the extra cost. Final straw came when I went to pick up a load and he decided to dryclean a number of my shirts without asking or telling me beforehand, charging me $5 each shirt. I have never asked for drycleaning for any of my previous loads. A typical $20 load turned into $64!
Convenient location and friendly service
Jim Qian - The first issue is that I have always asked for a receipt and in the beginning you said the rate was $1/lb. It was not until after I asked why the amount didn’t match the weight that you said you were charging a higher rate because I asked for receipts. Even then, you were charging more than $1.2/lb. The last few times I brought a load, I weighed it before so I knew how much it should cost. For example, I brought in a load that was under 17lbs, you charged me $24 - that is more than $1.2/lb. I weighed it using 2 different scales and got the same number. This didn’t happen just once, it happened repeatedly. Either your scale is not accurate or you were charging me more than the $1.2/lb that you now say you were charging. I didn’t mind paying a higher rate but be up front about it. Next, you say it is your duty to clean it with any method – perhaps you should ask the client what they want first before deciding for me and then charging me 3x more for it. I have repeatedly brought in stained items for awhile now and each time I picked them up, I never complained about the residual stains, nor ever asked for dry cleaning. These items are cleaning rags and only needed a regular wash. It’s like going for a haircut and you decided to colour and perm my hair without asking or telling me and then charging me for it, because you felt I needed it even though all I wanted was a haircut. Finally, after all this time, it is odd that you chose to all if a sudden dry clean my items and charge me for it around the same time I asked about why the cost didn’t match the weight
The staff is friendly and helpful, easy to use and fast
LAST CHOICE LAUNDRY! Deceptive pricing, worst quality ironing seen by a laundromat business. Chose anywhere but here!
