The service was efficient and professional. The prices were reasonable. I felt comfortable with the plexi glass between me & the cashier. I did feel uncomfortable when I had to touch the machine & keys to make a payment as it was over $100. Next time I’ll bring a pen or wear gloves. Sometimes I do find the service is not consistently friendly. But overall the value keeps me coming back.

I have been using the services of Busy Bee on Canada Way for a number of years. The prices are reasonable and the work, both cleaning and alterations, are very satisfactory. I am picky when it comes to businesses and so the most important reason I give them my business is the great customer service. It is always a pleasant experience for me to visit this establishment.

Dropped off my Dainese motorcycle jacket last week to get it cleaned. The jacket was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. Went to pick it up the following week and one of the shoulder protector was scratched up. The owner told me not to worry about it and that it wasn't too noticeable (yeah maybe if you were blind)...and that it was unavoidable. Which is total BS!! Carelessness is ALWAYS AVOIDABLE!! Did not even offer any sort of compensation for the damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR EXPENSIVE CLOTHING TO GET IT CLEANED HERE!!

I have never considered laundromats as places with an outstanding customer service. But this place is different. For some reason they care even about an occasional customer like myself and I very much appreciate it. For anyone who might be considering this place I would highly recommend it. They are very professional in their efforts and stand by their work. For owners of the place, I would like to say thank you. You surprised me with how seriously you take your work and customer satisfaction. Plus, you have done terrific job on my patio cushions!

This is where we bring my shirts and our dry-cleaning every week. They do a great job and their hours work well for us. Recently they changed the software and now we receive a text message when the clothes are ready ...... I used to go once a week, pickup and drop off at same time ...now when I get the text message ... I sometimes go more once a week

My family and I have personally trusted Busy Bee Burnaby for over 12 years with our clothing (including our professional business attire and fragile garments), household linens and even my wedding gown. I even used to make the drive from Coquitlam to Burnaby just to use their services. They have a large parking lot, quick drop off, service is always with a smile, excellent pricing and quick turnaround for pick up. As a laundromat owner it was very important for me to find a dry cleaner that was able to get my customers cloths cleaned right and on time. I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise our cloths are handles with. All cloths were dry cleaned within a day and done right! Worst service ever. They turned my whites pink and claimed they can fix it. It's been over two months and I have not heard back from them. Every time I call I am told the person is alone and to call back when the owner is in. This owner should have the desency to call me back as they have my information. My jacket is apparently in the owners office.

I'm writing this review for my mother because her english is not very good. My family attended a funeral recently and she came here to clean my father's Hugo boss tuxedo (around $900)and a couple other items. When she picked up the order she did not check the items until she got home and found out they had replaced my father's tuxedo with a women's Blazer. When she came back to explain the mix up they said they couldn't help. if you're going to do business here make sure you take pictures of any valuable items and check them when you pick them up.

I had a fantastic experience recently at Canada Way Busy Bee. Staff were all very professional, amazing turnaround time for the large number of items I needed to have cleaned, and superior service with the actual cleaning. I was very impressed with the willingness to both pick up and drop off my items, and there was obviously much care and attention to the detail of cleaning items. Took my duvet there on Tuesday, to be cleaned and was told that it would be ready on Thursday. Was surprised to get a text message today informing me that it was ready a day early, so I drove over to pick it up. The manager presented me with an invoice, and waited for me to pay. I told her that I had already paid in advance. She explained to me that there was a separate charge for the cover, and another charge for the duvet itself. I had totally misunderstood, so I stood there with a stupid look on my face. The owner came out and within one minute resolved the issue. Unbelievable. Great customer service, great empathy and best of all, the duvet seemed cleaner than when I bought it. Thanks.

I would give zero stars if I could. My cousin just brought his jackets over to dry clean and the bill came out to be 180$ for 4 jackets. Which is ridiculous. We had a similar issue in the past, which is why we stopped going to this location. The other busy bee location nearby only charged us $20 for the same jacket, whilst this location charged us $50. When we talked to the lady, she offered to give us a credit of the difference but it was enough for us to stopped going here. No business ethics. Wish we had told our cousin prior to him going here. Such a scam!
