I have always been impressed with the service and quality I get! We have been using this dry cleaners for years and would never go anywhere else!

Brought in a brand new pair of pants that needed a zipper repair, when I picked them up they handed me my pants in a used grocery bag that smelled like food and the pants were so wrinkly as if they had done it on purpose. I said how can I wear these pants to the wedding I need them for and they told me that I can pay to have them press them for a fee. Customer service isn't good here and I feel like they purposely treated my pants like that to get more business out of me. I will never go here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience here.

Dishonest. I'll never go here again. I wanted a price to have a zipper repaired. Told me $45, I said no then she said "ok $35". Not very good business to drop the price just like that after realizing I'm not overpaying. Got it replaced at stich it for $15. Also they cleaned my coat and lost a brand specific button. Told me they didn't, and then told me they would look for it and call me. Never to be heard from again... Don't go here. ****Update**** There reply is not true. The gave me a price. I said it was too much. Then they lowered the price. There was no discussion of a discount because I was having dry cleaning done.

I brought my UGG boots for cleaning to them ,I was pleasantly surprised when I got the boots back this time around and found it to be thoroughly cleaned and stains gone. Awesome customer service! Would definitely be a retuning customer and would highly recommend.

I brought a Canada Goose jacket for cleaning to them after I was very disappointed last year at another dry cleaners. There were oil stains that were not washed out because the previous cleaners said it couldn't be done. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the jacket back this time around and found it to be thoroughly cleaned and stains gone. Awesome customer service!
