I am so sad this place closed. We had our dry cleaning done here as well as alterations. The gentleman who ran this dry cleaner hemmed my daughter's graduation dress and he stitched by son's army rucksack with the same amount of care. He will be missed!

A bit expensive I found. Got a zipper put in my side pocket in my winter coat and was charged $30. Friend got a work coat done its $45 and it's coming apart already

I have gone to this dry cleaners for years now and at the first sign of a problem... the owner treated me like dirt! I took a bedspread and cashmere blanket to have both dry cleaned at the end of Dec/17. Paid almost $70 for this and received both back in a lovely zipped plastic bag... ideal for storing them away until needed. Fast forward to late April, I pulled them out to place on my guest bed...only to find mould on them. The only way that can happen is that they were placed in the bag damp. I went to Roseland and spoke to the owner who first tried to accuse me of putting the blanket in the bag as he did not recall cleaning it. I produced my bill and told him to look at the bill they wrote up....it clearly stated the blanket was a part of it. He said he would try to clean and then if unable to fix the issue, we could talk about compensation. Today, 2 days later, he called and told me it is my fault and that he is not going to do anything about it. This is not the way to run a reputable business! Mr. Owner... DO THE RIGHT THING and at the very least try to clean them again. Shame on you!! Would have given a zero rating if that were possible.

Stay away from this place. Just ruined my suit lost 6 of my shirts and overcharged for the rest. Is Thursday and Saturday I have my daughter's wedding.and this guy is ready to ruin the best day of my life . All my clothes that I brought here destroyed .
