I am so incredibly pleased with my alteration experience at Oreya Couture! Not only are they a professional establishment, but they truly take the time to put the upmost care and detail into your garments! I brought in a pair of swim bottoms that had been very poorly previously altered from another alterations shop. The sizing was completely off and the stitching did not match the colour of the bottoms at all. Oreya Couture immediately fitted me correctly, and even took extra care to use clips instead of pins to fit the suit, in order to preserve the quality of the bottoms. To add to the already fantastic customer service I received, Oreya Couture ordered MULTIPLE thread colours to ensure the shade of the thread would be a perfect match to the suit! Not only that, but I was given excellent communication on the progress of the alterations and when it would be ready by. Reasonably priced, Fantastic Customer Service, Exceptional Quality. I would highly recommend Oreya Couture for anyone looking to have alterations done! Will definitely be using their services again in the future when needed! :)

Oreya Couture is very good and I'll definitely be coming back! I needed some alterations done on my wedding dress as well as adding some straps to the dress. My wedding dress was purchased at another store a few months ago, and was originally strapless. I was helped by a lady named Houria, who not only altered my dress to fit my size but also created off-the-shoulder straps which made the dress look so beautiful. It was exactly the elegance I was looking for and I got so many compliments on the dress during my big day! I'm so grateful to Houria for her professionalism, her good eye, her patience and her attention to detail. She made my wedding dress vision come to life and I know I can count on her for future alterations and designs.
