Dropped off a ski jacket on Tuesday for zipper replacement and received it back Thursday and the work was perfectly done. I was able to choose a 2way zipper instead of my previous basic one and she was very careful to make sure anything I picked was a perfect colormatch for my jacket. My ski jacket is now better than ever with the improved zipper and I tested it this week skiing in Tremblant in crazy windy conditions and it held up great! May was also a very nice sweet person on top of doing great work. Will be back for more and reccomend others to go to her.
