They did an expert job tailoring it for me, however, I could not find matching pants for a pinstriped jacket. But the owners really care about their customers and seeing young professionals succeed, so they donated a full suit to me that landed me my dream co-op job. Thank you Best Stitches!

I came in with a ripped leather coat. I opted for them to stitch the tear rather than glue it since they said it would be sturdier. I was very impressed with how seamless the stitching was. My coat looks and feels great again. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend.

Grace and Irene are professional and detail oriented in both their customer interactions and their custom alterations. They obviously care for their customers, always exhibiting a friendly and helpful attitude. When Sew Quick closed due to retirement, I needed to find a new alterations shop. My search led me to another Burlington location where the owner typically was in bad humor and 'cranky'. Thankfully I came across Best Stitches, where they are very welcoming. It's spacious, bright and clean, hidden on the 2nd level of Burlington Mall. Irene and Grace: please don't retire!
