Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place. This place was a referral from a friend and they've been so good to me. I first went to get a zipper fixed on my expensive pair of pants and they actually managed to do a better job than in the first place. The zipper zips more smoothly than the original. Yesterday, I was in a rush and went to Mark and he fixed my jacket's button within 30 seconds and sent me on my way. The best part was that he didn't even know I was in a rush and fixed my jacket with care and understanding. Amazing!

I go here for my nicer stuff -- mostly outerwear. They're the ones recommended by the Burberry store on Thurlow to work on their trench coats.

I went out of my way to drop off clothes to be worked on, and an employee was locking up as I arrived. I pointed out the time as being within the hours listen on their website, and she simply replied "we're closed". Point taken. I then wrote an email to the address listed on their website. Immediately, I received an email advising that it was returned undeliverable, as the address did not exist. Avoid until replaced by a business that values its customers.

I always feel my clothes and I are in good hands here. I've been in about half a dozen times for alterations and have been very happy with the service and quality of the work. The one and only time a sleeve wasn't quite right they spotted the problem even before I did and had the fix ready the next day.

Went to Townline to get some tailoring done on the pants of my suit 3 years ago. They did a great job. Just today I noticed last minute before an event that there was some stitching opening on one side, I went back and they fixed it for me on the spot, no charge. Amazing customer service!

I dropped my jacket off to be repaired as a couple of the buttons were falling off. When I came back, all of the buttons were tightened up. As I was about to pay, the manager smiled and told me not to worry about it. They fixed my jacket for free. Completely unexpected and it made my day. I've used Townline Tailors before and I will definitely keep using them because of their amazing service.

I was in Townline Tailors last Saturday for alteration to one of my suits with my Dad. I saw Mark was very busy helping us and other customers. He quoted us prices on suit alteration very reasonable and we saw him re-do a customer jacket sleeves while I waited? My Dad has been coming to Townline and Mark for a while with great work and respect. We received great service and always been happy with the alterations. My friends bought some Eric Sana suits from Mark made to measure for a good price and nice fit. I'm just starting to wear suits but will definitely come and see Mark.

Great shop for alterations and made to measure suits and shirts. It's under new ownership and the new manager Mark is very helpful. I brought in a couple suits for refit turned out very well. I bought a made to measure suit great fit. Mark listened to my fit requirements and it turned out perfect. i would recommend Mark and Towline for alterations and made to measure products. I have had suits made here and I have had jackets and pants altered- all in the last 2 years. My experience has been very positive. This shop and it's tailors focus on detail and they want you to be a satisfied customer. If you are clear on what you want and how you want something tailored, you will be satisfied. In case you are not clear, and on just a few occasions I may have changed my mind about the tailoring, for example, please let the jacket out more because I forgot to fill my pockets with my wallet and phone when I had the last fitting, there is no question that you are respected and treated well. Their location is convenient for those who work downtown. If you don't work downtown, I think the quality of their work will make going here a worthwhile separate trip for you.

The coat I took in I had since I was quite young, it needed lots of repairs a new lining and some buttons needed replacement as well. The work was done within excellent time and equally excellent craftsmanship. The materials they used were as top notch as the work they put into it.
