Took a terribly stained, brand new, very expensive coat here as a last resort before throwing it out and they resurrected it back to perfection. Not only that, the person who cleaned it was so obviously invested in the quality of the work. She told me that they cleaned it over and over until the stain was gone and had me try it on before I took it, just to be sure the fit hadn’t changed. I’m taking everything here from now on.

I brought it in two skirts that I needed the waist to be taken in. I asked if it was possible to get at least one of the skirts done within a couple days since she did mention she was quite busy. Even though I only needed one of the skirts, she ended up finishing both for me by the day I asked. She did an amazing job, you can’t even tell they have been altered. I wish I got her name, she is so incredibly kind I will definitely be coming here from now on. Would recommend 5/5 !

I've been going to Royal Stitch for several years now. I first visited Sammi because I wanted to support my local, neighbourhood businesses. Sammi ensured my return by providing friendly, competent and high quality service for repairs, dry cleaning, pressing and laundry. As pointed out by others, Sammi is very friendly and accommodating and her premises are clean, tidy and very well organized. I think her prices are competitive but even if they are slightly on the expensive side, the quality of the work Sammi performs is worth the price.

Had a minor adjustment made to the length of my trousers and they did a superb job. The stitching and cut of the pants were done excellently. Appreciated that they re-pressed the pleats on my trousers again. 10/10 would definitely go back :)

I can't speak to pricing since i don't really check or compare. However i gave her a tight deadline to helm some jeans for me. The entire experience was pretty smooth and she got it done within the set time frame, where if she had say no i wouldn't have considered it unreasonable.

I am leaving a genuine review after visiting this place three times. I am not a type of person who likes to exaggerate or anything but this is the best alteration place I’ve ever tried so far. I had three pairs of jeans/jacket/summer dress fixed by Sammi and she did phenomenal jobs on all of them. Sammi will spend extra time to ensure you get what you need to be done. Strongly recommend this place for everyone :).

A little on the pricier end but definitely worth it. I work in F&B and my suit was heavily stained. They returned it to me looking brand new, all the stains gone. Also did a solid job patching up my pants. They do quality work here, would definitely recommend.

Had 5 suit pants modified. Best place I've been to. Knows her lengths based on fit. Hem stitching is invisible. Goes out of her way. Worked over long weekend to get them done and then let me pick up pants after hours. Even did some extra thing to get them looking newer.

I had a fairly expensive sports jacket that needed the sleeves shortened at the shoulder, which is a somewhat tricky job. Made the initial mistake of letting the guy at my local dry cleaner give it a try, and he completely ruined the jacket. The first real tailor I took it to after told me it was beyond repair, wouldn't even consider it; then I tried here, and she told me pretty much the same thing, but said she could try to salvage it. She was completely honest and said she couldn't guarantee that it would be perfect, but she'd do her best. Also recommended taking it in a bit in the body and sleeves. Anyway, she did a fantastic job, 98% perfect, which is a miracle, considering how much material had been hacked off, and the jacket is perfectly wearable now. She also altered the sleeves on a wool shirt and did an awesome job, they are now finished better than they came from the store, and just the right length. Will be bringing all of my alterations here from now on.

I have had several business suits jackets and pants altered by Sammy the owner in the last couple months. I have been thrilled by the service I received and the quality of work . This was my first experience working with Royal Stitch. Not only does she do great work but the premises are clean, organized, professional and friendly. It is also easy to find street parking in the area in off peak hours which is convenient for drive by, walk in drop off if you are busy. I highly recommend her work.

This is a very unprofessional and shady business (Sammi and daughter). They first made an offer to sell their products at an agreed price only to change it when I was already travelling more than half way there. They refused to sell it at the agreed price and turned around to sell it for higher to other customers. This company does not keep their words or have values of integrity. I would avoid at all cost. Waste of time and effort here.

It's been difficult to find a good tailor and professional dry cleaning. You can not beat the quality of the alterations, dry cleaning, and personal service. Sammie really pays attention to each piece to makes sure it is to your liking. I couldn't be happier to find Royal Stitch.

Time and time again I'm amazed by the service and skill of the owner. Not only is she personable and knowledgeable, the store is also very clean and organized. I have been going here for years to get dry cleaning done, I've never had any issues and every item was taken care of with absolute professionalism. Recently I had some alternations done here... I used to be a long standing client of Townline Tailors, (however recently management changes caused me to look elsewhere)... I had an off the rack suit altered here and I was really impressed... they nailed it the first time and the work was done exceptionally well (hem, cuff, buttons moved on the cuff, etc.). Sammy really provides a first class service here and her prices are very fair for the high level of detail, the work she does and the location. Keep up the great work!
