Excellent experience! As my senior prom approached, I scrambled to get a dress and have it altered to my size. Luckily, Carmen saved the occasion. She did an excellent job at adding clear straps to my dress along with a button to pin up the train of my dress to prevent dragging on the ground. Prices were reasonable and the quality of the work was seamless. Thank you Carmen!

We required a last minute project to add large zippers to tents for a covid testing site. We required this to be completed same day. She took on the project and even stayed late to complete it. Everything was done to how we needed them. Excellent service.

Carmen is THE most experienced seamstress I have ever worked with. Not only does she do phenomenal work (even on complicated and difficult jobs) but she makes her clients feel like the most important people on earth. From the moment you walk into the shop, you are greeted with a smile, and are immediately made to feel at ease. That is so rare nowadays, in big box stores that don’t care about personal customer relationships anymore. There are so many fantastic products to browse through, at great prices and her collection is unique and beautiful. I am so thankful this gem of a shop exists in our town. I drive from the other side of Maple Ridge just to give her my business. If you haven’t been there yet, do yourself a favour, and go check it out. It doesn't get more professional or pleasant than this!! Carmen is the new owner of this shop. She had been working at Ben's Town Tailor in the Haney Place mall for 7 years. When the owner wished to retire, Carmen bought the business. At the end of 2019 the Haney Place Mall shop was closed, the two locations were merged, all the stock was moved to the 207th location and Carmen took over as the new owner. I have been having my repairs and alterations done buy Carmen for years but this week she really impressed me. She designed and tailored a spectacular outfit for me that I needed for a formal event. Carmen worked hard on my outfit and finished well before my deadline. I am thrilled and I know that we are very lucky to have Carmen to rely on when we need help with our clothes!!!! Carmen has had years and years of experience and is European trained. She is in command of her trade, extremely ethical and now the proud and capable owner of her own shop. She attends to all customers personally and does all the work herself. She works daily to be the best that she can be and in addition to excellent work, making her customers happy is what she strives for!!! Don't worry if you have a problem with your clothes . . . Carmen will help you!!!

Terrible customer service. They claim to be dry cleaners. However do not dry clean I'm house. They use a shop in Poco. My wife's wedding dress tool 3.5 weeks to be cleaned and when we got it back it was still filthy. We were told it could not come any cleaner. We took the dress to star dry cleaners in maple ridge. They were able to make it look like new. Ben's would not refund any money, even after seeing the dress after it was re dry cleaned. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give this place no stars I would. An absolute rip off. I took a bridesmaid dress there to get “hemmed”. There was no lining in this dress and in fact the material is a type that you just cut! No sewing at all! They charged me $100!! To cut it. The other bridesmaids paid $40 in downtown Vancouver.
