Recently Minichiello made me shirt and a pair of slacks and as was the case of my suit the fit and finishing is magnificent.

I quickly ran into Minichiello to see if they could fix it, and they had my zipper fixed AND put a hook and clip on so the issue wouldn’t happen again!! Only took 15 min! Working with Julie was an absolute pleasure. The quality of her work was exceptional. We got our wedding dress and suit made here and they turned out perfect! We wanted a forest green suit and we were able to find some Italian wool with Julie that was just right. I also couldn't find the perfect dress in stores and after speaking with Thanh, she was confident that she could make it from scratch and it would ultimately be more affordable, and more suited for me than a store-bought dress. The turnaround time was much faster than any other wedding store and the final product was beautiful. From design, alterations, fittings and cleaning, we were very happy with our experience! I have recently acquired a suit and shirt from Minichiello Bespoke Couture. Throughout my life I have been able to purchase many suits. I must say my suit from Minichiello Bespoke Couture is exceptional. The bespoke tailoring for my modern suit is excellent. The master tailor was able to cut patterns, use machines and their hands with total perfection. Their knowledge of fabrics and skill is better than any tailor I have used. I would highly recommend Minichiello Bespoke Couture. You will not be disappointed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER PRICY!! The lady is miserable and seems like she is too busy to take any new clients. I had a long dress altered and it cost me $100- over expensive then the dress itself...... If service was good then I don't mind paying the price but service is absolutely horrible. I will highly NOT recommend this place.

Absolutely the BEST spot in Vancouver to make your own suit, tux, or dress. This shop's been there for decades, and they KNOW what they're doing, Julie who took over the business from her dad is an incredibly great person to deal with, she provided the BEST customer service I've ever seen in clothing business and we couldn't be happier ordering my Tuxedo from her, it was made to order (like Indochino), BUT the MAJOR difference is that they altered it like THREE times before the wedding to make it fit JUST PERFECT, which you could never do with other shops. They did such an amazing job, I took multiple pants, suits and shirts there to be altered. It's a gem in North Van, small shop but great service and quality! Cannot recommend it highly to anyone looking for custom suits or alterations! 5 Star!

I have been coming here for the past couple of years for both repairs and alterations. The staff are always courteous and set a realistic expectation on collection and at a fair price. I've had multiple items repaired and a couple altered. What's even better is they are a small local business with exceptional service and quality. They really take pride in both the work and customer service.

Love Minichiello! Thanh made me a suit in 2008 that still fits perfectly and is in gorgeous condition today. I bring all my alterations and cleaning to these friendly folks and am consistently happy with the results. Strong recommend!

Thank you for the amazing work and professionalism. I needed two shorts altered within 4 days and they helped me out super fast and even got them ready the day before I needed them. Also the shorts were a very thin sporty material that was tricky to get right without ruining them (happened to me before) and they did a wonderful job on them.

What can I say about Minichiello's. Probably not enough to describe the quality of service I received. I was the Master of Ceremonies at a very good friend's Celebration Of Life. I required a new suit and thought I had about 7 days have a suit tailored which was possible with a fast track for completion. As fate will have it I went in on a Friday to be measured and the death occurred on early Sunday morning. Monday I contacted Minichiello's to slow down the process as the venue was set for the Thursday of the that week so his children could return home to Nova Scotia ASAP (they had been here a couple of weeks already). Rather than slowing the creation of my suit down they went to hyper speed and the suit was ready for final alterations by Wednesday. The suit fits perfectly and is very comfortable and I will probably be returning to Minichiello's to have some new shirts made later this year after we return from holidays overseas. Having lived in the lower Lonsdale area for years, I am quite aware of Minichiello Bespoke Couture. My impression was of quality, custom-made suits and beautiful fabrics. During a recent trip to France, we purchased a 'made in France' purse for my daughter. Unfortunately, shortly after buying it, the strap ripped. We knew it was a pretty complicated job to fix (for us anyway), since it involved removing the inner satin lining and carefully re-stitching the strap, so we thought we would see if this was something they'd fix for us. Of course it was! For them, it was probably a quick fix, but for my daughter it was perfect. So glad we went there. It would be nice if next time it was for a custom tailor-made dress!

Here you will find outstanding quality of work and friendly service. Over the past 3 years I have asked Julie and the team do a wide variety of bespoke tailoring work: several business suits for me, a fine ladies business suit, blazers and trousers and, most recently, substantial alterations of several fine, but dated, suits. The results have always been perfect! I received helpful and astute advice, a fine selection of fabrics and superior fit and finish. It is such an unassuming establishment, but the work matches or exceeds that which I have done in the most ornate shops! you cannot make a better choice.

My husband ordered his suit from Minichiello, and I had my wedding dress alterations done here. Julie and her team were phenomenal. The day after we ordered the suit, she called us because the fabric manufacturer was sold out of his choice. He had to come by and pick another option, and Julie told us it could be more expensive than the original selection. Even though the error was not her fault, she really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. And the suit turned out great. As for my wedding gown, Thanh did a fantastic job reworking my dress. I deferred to her expertise, and she answered all my questions honestly and directly, which I really appreciated. The end result was perfection. The shop is small and definitely has an "organized chaos" vibe to it, but the quality of the work and service is top notch.
