As I can see Joyce Station is getting more patrons or commuters. There are lots of new buildings rising up near at the station. At night the street are well lighted and its not scary to be late at night going home.I know in the near future here at Joyce will have more stores for people who lives and more convenient to the people.

I can't recommend this place. They made a mistake doing an alteration and wanted me to pay half to fix it. Owner accused me of changing my mind. If they're not going to do the right thing I have little recourse other than posting about it and moving on. Can’t imagine this type of thing generates a lot of repeat business.

I am very pleased with Lan (I believe that's how her name is spelt) and her team! I brought a bag of items with me on my first visit and Lan talked me through what I wanted to do with my clothing. I did not know what kind of alterations I specifically wanted, but Lan was very patient and honest in her assessment of what can and should be done --she even talked me out of a few changes I wanted to make. I did not experience any delay in receiving my clothing at the time she quoted me. After having tried on the altered items, I am very excited--I can now wear my items with my pride and feel more confident in them. The workmanship is excellent: my silk-like blouse, bulky embroidered skirt, chiffon skirt, and buttoned blazers came out so well that I could not tell from the right side of the garments where they began the alterations. I am very happy to recommend this store to anyone needing a tailor and will definitely be coming here for my future alteration needs.

Friendly, fast, and great handiwork. I've had pants shortened, items drycleaned, and even a shirt shortened and brought in on the sides. All prices are quite reasonable, and the results are great!

The lady who runs the place is awesome! She tells you the truth about whether the alterations you've requested actually would ruin the dress even though she might lose some business. Once you've done business with her, you won't feel like going elsewhere.

Really superb tailoring by Lan. She was ready to alter the shoulders of my wool jacket. Shoulder alteration is the most difficult and costly alteration and she pulled it off wonderfully along with adjusting the sleeves and doing a slighter slim fit to flatter my silhouette. Next she altered my dresses. I bought these on sale and they fit quite long. I'm short and have a larger bust area and so I'm forced to buy clothes that are sized up and end up being too tall for me. She adjusted the sleeve lengths and added a waist band. She adjusts the length of the skirt and the upper body area by tucking the fabric in the waist. The result comes out just beautifully and it's worth the labor in getting the dress to fit right. Her price is very very reasonable for the quality. Don't be fooled by the dated decor. Her work is superb and the hems are done with expert care. She makes dresses look very good and she's honest. She will only recommend work she thinks are necessary. Really happy to have found a great tailor for a great cost.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This is my first time to write a bad google review on any business, but the experience I had with them was unacceptable and frustrating. I sent my NEW white blazer to dry clean early in September. First time I came back, the blazer had a significant dark mark on the back so I asked them to redo it. After a week, a lady called me said the mark at the back is a flew with really rude attitude. She was blaming me that I sent her a broken jacket to clean. I explained to her that the blazer was 100% new, then she asked me to go return it. I went back there to pick up the jacket, then realize it got more dirty, not even one mark on the lower back but lots of long black marks on the top as well. She never apologized that the blazer is not clean, but with an attitude to blame on me. Then I asked them to clean the upper back. After a week, they called and told me that they cleaned all the marks including the lower back one. Because they were just all STAINS NOT A FLEW. It was one month of argument and waiting, I don’t live nearby as well, it takes me 30min to just go there each time. Most of the ladies there are rude and don’t know how to apologize. I will never ever come back here again to dry clean. They are not professional, rude and don’t care about their customers.

Disappointed in their service. The hemmed seam of my pant leg unraveled after 3 months (never have I had this happen at other places) and the owner wanted to charge me to have it fixed up. I do not believe it is fair to ask your customers to pay for a fix-up when it should have been done properly in the first place.

I had given a jeans to be repaired, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. At the time of pickup the lady said that she alerted that their tailor may not be able to do the job, but that was not the case (she is lying). I had paid in advance, as was asked - so there is nothing that can be done other than put up with a lousy piece of work. Will avoid this place next time. Be careful if you are asked to prepay and get a poor quality work done.
