Tina and her team are magicians and sewing needles are their wands. They are incredibly friendly and consistently do a phenomenal job with my clothing. I have brought suits, jeans, shorts, and shirts to them and they are truly skilled at turning everything into a custom-tailored fit. Prices are higher than average, but you're paying for exceptional quality and service. Turnaround is about 2 weeks but I guarantee you'll be very pleased with the results. Their confidence in their work shows when they don't accept payment until you are fully satisfied with the fit of your clothes.

Dropped off two pairs of jeans to be hemmed. One was to have the original hem and the other just regular. When I went to pick them up they were both were altered with the original hem. I said I only wanted one with original and she said I was wrong basically and charged me the higher amount for original hem on both. Not going back.

I fixed my favorite pants zipper here. I had little picky Schedule because of my trip. but they tried to done on time for me. and when I got there for pick my pants up, I lated five minutes behind their the closing time though, they waited with smiling face for me. My pants is perfect! I thought it was my original zipper.

I am so thankful for this alteration place. They are amazing! Amazing customer service and very understanding. My pants were made incorrectly from someone else and I needed them fixed in a day. not impressed. she didn't do a nice job of stitching a bedcover and told me they would have to charge me again to do it right as " setting up the machine" was some kind of issue. not detail people . go somewhere else.

I had my wedding dress altered back in Calgary where I bought the dress. I had lost some weight and needed it altered again and they did an AMAZING JOB!! She noticed things about the dress that I did not and was so thankful that she did. The dress in the end was 1000x better than what the lady did in calgary! Fantastic work on my hem at a reasonable price. I immediately brought in more complex work and was still given a good price considering what needed to be done. The shop is nice and clean and the staff have been very pleasant. I am happy to make this my regular spot for alternations. The shop can be found on the 3rd floor of the building at the end of the hall.
