They are very good however if you know how you exactly want something to look and the way you would like it done be very specific as I have had a few issues with them going an easier route to have an item done to save time (they are very busy) I now confirm a few times how they will do it just so we are on the same page.

Hours state that they open at 10. I showed up at 10:20 with a couple of suits and a pair of jeans. Paid $2 for parking and got to the door and it was locked. Knocked and waited 5 minutes then took my business elsewhere. If you're going to run a business and have hours of operation, do it professionally and actually show up on time.

They are real professionals in town for clothes tailoring and alteration! I have been giving my alterations to them for years and always satisfactory with their works, until their old location got demolished for rezoning development. I thought they were out of business or moved to somewhere far away, so I took my alteration to Stitch-it in Richmond Centre Mall for first time. Stitch-it did a poor rush job, so I had to google another alteration store to correct it. I surprisedly found out that they actual moved to a place where is just 2 minutes away by walk from their previous store. I took the pants to the new store in the next morning. Like always the lady knew exactly what I wanted to do with the pants after a simply conversation. I got my pants back today. They are perfectly done with my needs. Guess what, they even overlocked all the seams that Stitch-it didn’t do, without I telling them to do so. Workmanship is way high high than Stitch-it, of course! Hope to have them around forever!
