Alitac is fantastic. A real example of a good shop. Ali. The owner and face of the company works diligently for his product. Ali produced fantastic products. When we had questions prior to ordering we called the company number. Ali himself answered even outside of business hours and stated the phone number was his personal cell phone. You dont often see this kind of involvement in the business. I will update with a photo when I get my vest.

Very nice people who know their stuff and how to take care of their customers. I had called to ask if they could fix my weight training vest as they had been recommended to me by an RCMP friend and after explaining what I needed done, he said it wouldn't be a problem. After picking it up the other day, all I can say is WOW, he went above and beyond all expectations. To be able to fix/restore this vest is huge as these types are very hard to find. The work he did will see this last a very long time. I know now why he was recommended and it is easy to see why so many LEO's use his services. Makes a great vest and got some for my entire unit, all love them. However would not recommend for patches or other small work. Ordered poppy items for remembrance day, took my money never sent the items. They sent to wrong address, then tried blaming me but I showed proof in emails I told them to fix address. He offered to resend even though would be too late but I accepted as honest mistake. But items still did not arrive, accused me of being shady, offered refund but then never sent it. Doesn't respond to emails at all and only responded to texts. Be cautious sending money up front! Does good work...if you receive it! Dropped review down to 1 star, as you can see in response how horrible customer service is, they make a mistake then blame the customer. Update would drop to zero stars if I could, ordered latest patches August 14th, still have not received them or the refund I was promised. Have I ever gotten an apology, nope, just the response below, which has been screen shot. 2nd update - finally received a refund on December 19th, for an order from August 14th. Honestly worst customer service I've ever experienced and will not return as a customer.

I have had my Alitac SBA vest since this spring. It is the perfect fit. The workmanship is second to none. I love this vest. Lost quite a bit of weight over the winter. Size decreased from 43 1/2 to 35 inch. Contacted Alitac. They had a replacement Cumberbund in the mail shipped out that night at a very fair and reasonable price. I will be a customer as long as I’m working and they’re around
