Sadly I didn't get a chance to use them. Their hours online were completely wrong so when I got there they were closed. The sign on the door said 10am and I waited, and waited and no one showed so finally I left after waiting over an hour and a half.

The work done on my winter coat was impeccable. They obviously take pride in providing quality work. As a bonus they are also friendly and lovely to chat with. They took the time to explain what would be done to fix it so I felt confident okaying the job. I highly recommend them to anyone now.

They forgot about our 10am Saturday appointment. I stood outside with my wedding dress trying to contact someone but no one could be reached. When I got there they had a sign on their door saying they would be closed this Saturday but would be open next Saturday. Since they close at 5pm during the week I needed a Saturday appointment. They are suppose to be open 9am to 1pm. When I called she said that during the summer they don't open on Saturdays and that it is by appointment only. When I called I wasn't sure if I had reached a business or a home as they don't identify themselves as a business in their greeting. Their answering machine is a standard message that doesn't say who you are calling or anything about them being a business. I'm sure if they had remembered our appointment I wouldn't have any problem with any of this but I felt foolish standing outside their shop for 10 minutes with this big heavy dress while there were people everywhere staring at me because it's a busy Saturday morning at the market. Having to carry it all the way back to the car because there was no parking close by was embarrassing.

I brought my wedding dress here for alterations and was very impressed with the results. Excellent prices and amazing customer service. Fatima is wonderful and gave great advice on what I needed to do to make my dress fit perfectly. They are very meticulous and fixed things in the dress I didn't even realize were a problem. I also had a custom bolero made and it was so well done that it looked like it was part of the dress. The day of my wedding I realized that there were a few wrinkles in the dress due to the bag I was storing it in. Fatima took me in immediately to steam it again and also gave me a new bag to ensure it didn't wrinkle on the way to my venue. So happy I brought my dress here!!

If you are in a panic & needs something done, relatively in a pinch, call the ladies at First Class! I called in a panic a week out of a wedding I was a bridesmaid in & the ladies calmed me down. Lifesaving place! The day before the wedding I needed my bridesmaid dress to be hemmed after David's bridal did a horrible job. I was so grateful that First Class Alterations let me come in immediately even with kids, they had the dress perfectly fixed up at a very low cost. This place saved my life!! I went to a place at the mall to alter my wedding dress and took a week longer than what they said and by the time I got my dress back.. it was altered to the wrong measurements and some of the seams were coming loose. I went to First Class Alterations just a few days before my wedding in tears after spending a fortune at the mall and they were quick to console me and tell me that they could help me. I was very doubtful at first after my experience at the mall but I thought what do I have to lose right, my dress was already messed up. I came in the day before my wedding around 12:30pm and they smiled at me right when I came in and told me my dress was ready. I was scared at first to try it on because of the damage there was before and then I was blown away! Not only did the dress fit perfectly, it looked better than it did at the store I bought it from! I was so happy that it brought me to tears again lol. The quality and the workmanship that went into one of the most important dresses of my life was incredible and the kindness of the manager to rush my order in order to get it on time for my wedding I will eternally be grateful forever! I have never been taken care of like this in any business I have gone to and I wish there were more people like them. God bless these people, you really saved me!

I came to First Class Alterations with a bridesmaid dress 2 sizes too big and two weeks till the wedding. Needless to say I was desperate and the ladies working here were amazing, super friendly and did major alterations to my dress in just a week. Their pricing was very fair, if anything they charged me less than what it should have been, and the dress was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming back here for any alteration needs in the future!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here with my wedding gown! They were able to get all of the adjustment necessary done in a very short amount of time with my very elaborate dress. They were very kind and professional. Two days before the wedding, my mother tried on her gown altered elsewhere and there were issues with it. They were able to fix them with such short notice and charged us VERY reasonably compared to other places to have the work completed. The staff here really know their stuff and do very good work. I will definitely be bringing all of my alterations here in the future and will recommend other brides here for theirs!

After having a bad experience with my first alterations attempt elsewhere, the ladies at First Class Alterations fixed my wedding dress with ease. They knew exactly what needed to be altered, after seeing where the first seamstress had gone very wrong. Prior to having my dress altered by First Class, I wasn't in love with it. Now I am! I had a dress that needed to be done for grad it has floral decals along the sides and was a difficult dress to alter. I had taken the dress to a near by place and was informed they would just cut the flowers and no way to save them. I took the dress to First Class and they informed me this is no problem at all they would just un stitch the floral pattern and re stitch it to the altered dress. This was such a relief to me and my child and the dress turned put amazing way better than I had hoped. You can not tell the dress was altered at all it looks like it was made for my daughter. The best part is the friendliness of the ladies and the price was so reasonable. I would never go anywhere else now that I have found First Class Alterations.

Terrible place. Dirty. And put stains on my fiancées dress. Not sure how there can be this many good reviews after the experience she had but who knows my it was just a fluke. (To be honest though. Flukes like that shouldn’t happen; I’m no expert but hands should always be pristine when dealing with ultra-white dresses) - Even though the dress was not left in your possession and was just brought in for a fitting the employee had red color on their fingers when they put the needles for fitting in the dress. In addition the employee was also so rough with the dress when pulling it for fitting that even some beads had fallen off. But this is beside the point because the stains were much more noticeable. This dress came fresh from the shop it was bought from and was always inside a protective sleeve until the fitting.

I was convinced by a sales associate to buy a bridesmaid dress much too big for my frame upon thinking I may be pregnant at the time of my friend's wedding. Of course it didn't happen! So a few weeks before the wedding I was stuck with a dress I was swimming in. I was suggested First Class Alterations and I don't regret it! I was accommodated quickly and they took the time to make sure the dress fit perfectly and was shortened from a floor length to above the knee. Turn around time for my alterations was about two weeks which I thought was great. Definitely will be back if I need anything else done!

Unfortunately, our wedding was postponed to September from April and a lot of changes had to be made to the dress due to weight gain during COVID. Not just for women's clothes! The team here is incredibly friendly, helpful and talented. They took the time to properly fit 5 suits for me and make recommendations on what needed alterations. The price was great, and the work was well done. They even managed to get 2 of the suits done on a tight timeline as I had a business trip coming up.
