By far the best customer experience I’ve ever received. I purchased 2 suits from Surmesur and they’ve been the best fitted suits I’ve ever worn. Unfortunately I ran into an issue with a dry cleaners damaging almost all of my buttons but Chris made every effort to help me even though it wasn’t their fault. Surmesur went above and beyond all expectations and had my suit repaired the night before I had to wear my suit for a wedding. Chris went out of his way to care for my suit that was over a year old. Never have I felt so taken care of by a business. I’ll recommend Surmesur to anyone looking to buy a quality suit with second to none customer service.

Absolutely exceptional service and I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could! I met with Peter and the Mississauga Surmesur team when I was looking for custom made suits for my wedding, and I am very happy I went with them. I visited several other stores offering made to measure suits but the sales reps left me very concerned. Peter and his team were very helpful from the onset consultation, to the fitting of groomsmen, to the actual delivery of the suits. They stayed true to their timeline, their pricing and really never made me worry about the suit I was wearing on my wedding day. I have since been a return customer and have recommended them to friends and family, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a perfect fit suit to check them out.

Anindita is literally THE BEST. From the very first time we came in she helped us, and remembered us. The staff are good and when they we have experienced various manufacturing errors in stitching, they've always done everything they can to offer to rectify. Wouldn't rely on them to coordinate across stores or locations, even if they promise to.

Surmesur’s customer service is by far the best in my experience with made-to-measure stores in the GTA however, that isn’t their most notable attribute. What sets them apart is their passion and depth of knowledge. Daniel’s attention to detail, understanding of fabrics, style, and intuition allows him to coalesce the rough ideas I had into 2 amazing and unique suits. The fit and finish of the suits makes you think you are wearing luxurious armour. Also important to note, all of Surmesur’s staff are friendly and welcoming. Even if it’s your first time getting a made-to-measure suit, you will not feel out of place and by the end of your experience, as you sip the complementary tea, you’ll be asking yourself if you should order one more in blue…

Even with all the complications of Covid, they were able to get myself, and my four groomsmen, a handful of fitted, top tier suits within a limited time. My husband and groomsmen got there suits here for our wedding and they looked spectacular. The staff are very passionate and knowledgeable and helped them easily pick out the details of their suits for the big day. They also have different pricing options for a purely custom suit or partially custom suit. They ordered their suits about 6 weeks before the wedding, but went with a local fabric. If you want more options, I would go at least 3 months beforehand.

I can’t say enough. The experience was wonderful and very eye opening to the industry and quality. The staff knows the game and they will make you look sharp as a knife. Style? This place oozes it. I’ll be going back for all suits and shirts/trousers. Highly recommended you do the same.

Very cool and hip store plus the concept is absolutely awesome. Apart from the store style and how reasonably price the custom made attires are. My experience with the design consultant "Malcolm" is the soul reason behind ordering from surmesur. Malcolm made a day and night difference in my whole experience. From his prompt communication including contacting his head office to make sure I get my suit and shirt in 2 weeks (half their regular time table) to 3 times of tailoring/alteration accommodation in three days after each other because of my tight deadline. He simply went above and beyond. It worth mentioning that the Queen street branch staff weren't helpful and even at times ignorant towards my inquiry but Malcolm's personality and perfect customer relation skills made me travel five(5) times for over 40 minutes each time to get a suit from mississauga branch compare to toronto branch that is way closer to my house(about 20min).

We had a wedding suit consultation with Melissa who was great, very helpful with giving us options to make a customized suit. We were not fully aware that this store does not have things for you to try on but rather is a customized suit store (at least for the wedding suit/party needs). They also offer a nice 10% off the suits for the wedding party if you're buying multiple suits from them which is nice. I do wish they had take home swatches of the colors we picked for the suit.

Fantastic customer service, despite a few hiccups. Buying experience here is really great and very friendly for first time M2M buyers. All staff very knowledgeable and able to provide good recommendations until you are comfortable knowing exactly what you want. I've bought 4 shirts from them so far and 3 of the 4 came perfectly right away. The last one has required follow-up action a couple of times, but I am very happy with the level of service and commitment to quality that I am okay with not having the shirt yet. Pricing system is clear and easy to understand and there are a ton of options for customization.

I had a great experience at Sur me Sur on the weekend. I was running late for my wedding pictures and I forgot cuff links. I called Sur me Sur and when I arrived they had the debit machine ready with the price entered, they had multiple options available for me to look at, and they had my account ready. I was in and out of the store in 30 seconds. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Sur me Sur! I have purcased multiple suits from the team in Port Credit and would recommend anyone considering them to go in meet the staff they have a great team!

Very pleased with the suit + shirt + tie student combo I got from Surmesur. In total the package costed me about $770, and while I haven't worn it extensively, the suit is amazing. Walking into the store is a pleasant experience that's rare to find these days, where you're treated as an actual human and not just a means to make the company more revenue. Every employee was professional and courteous, and makes sure you're happy with your product before you leave with it. Measurements and fabric selection took about an hour in total and the final product had to be altered just once to adjust sleeve length, but was very minor. I had the suit in my own closet 5 weeks after ordering, including alterations. All in all, fantastic experience, was initially looking at Indochino and Peter Parvez which offered made-to-measure suits at like 40% of the cost, but I think this suit is an investment and should be treated as such.

The worst retail experience in 30 yrs. I ordered a suit, approaching 6 mths, never received. One excuse after another, after another. My text messages, emails were mostly ignored. I finally called Head Quarters, to complain. I asked for a refund, received. Again, worst!!!!! customer service l ever experienced. Stay away from this establishment!!!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have given it to this location of Surmesur. All staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable of their crafts and will take care of you from head to to toe at exceptional value. Product itself is superb with tons of customization options - but it is the experience dealing with their system and staff are what make this place a one of a kind. I will always think of coming here for any menswear needs for the future. Amazing experience!
