Not satisfied with their service. I brought my kid's 3 uniform pants to be hemmed for the 1st day of school; and even though my son was measured and fitted with the pants ON they hemmed the pants too short - ABOVE his ankles! .... They fixed one pants immediately, but the other items had to be picked up later in the week. When I went back, they double checked to make sure the length was correct. I was contacted by the store manager (Hannah) who decided not to charge me. Nice customer service, and I appreciated it....but It'll be a while before I go there again.

Amazing alterations! They repaired a full zipper on my sons coat and you can't tell. It looks brand new! Great prices as well. I will definitely be going to them for alterations or dry cleaning! Also, I was supposed to get it back the next day and it was ready in 3hrs!!! Amazing service and the ladies are kind. I recommend them 100%!

The service that the lady at stitch it wanted to charge me 140 dollars to change a zipper. I went downstairs and a different store fixed my zipper for $30. Save your money and go somewhere else!

On Remembrance Day, I travelled with my pastor to Stitch via Shoppers World. However, the person was not there. So, we were transferred to Stitch via Bramalea. The associate displayed very good customer skills with knowledge.

Hi there, We came to Stitch at Bramalea City Center to get my mother's dress hemmed on the bottom and had asked that they supply us with the extra material that was taken from the bottom of the dress as my mother needed it to get the dress taken out at the sides. When we came to pick up the dress we were not given the addition material, which quite a large amount, and it had been discarded. My mother now does not have a dress to wear for my wedding that is on November 4th, 2017. When I raised the problem with the staff at the location they had asked me to try to buy similar material and they would do the alterations along with charge us for the additional alterations. As it is NOT our mistake and we spent a lot of money on the dress and the alterations, we should NOT have to pay a penny and either get our money back from the alterations or for the dress that is now not able to be warn and is now garbage. The staff at the location was also rude and unpleasant.

I called “Stitch It” this morning to clarify the location and spoke to a member of staff. I explained that I would make my way to the store. Upon arrival the store was not yet open and I explained through the glass to the member of staff that I had just called and spoke to her on the phone. She opened the door and spoke to me in a curt, abrupt and disrespectful manner. I said that this is my first experience with the business and to this point it has not been positive. Candy apologised however this was insincere as her curt tone and disrespectful attitude did not change. She seemed to make the apology in order stop me from speaking. Inspite of this I decided to use the dry clean service and after paying Candy placed part of the receipt on the counter and not in my out stretched hand. I explained to her that her actions were inappropriate and she continued to be insincere and patronizing. This is totally unacceptable behaviour and I would not recommend this business to anyone. If I treated and spoke to customers in this manner I would be out of a job.

I was visited stitch it last weekend on Sunday for hem my pants. When I went over there girl helped me. She was very nice and treated my very well. Even she guided me for which kind hem I can go for my pants, which was quite impressive, because I only know about the regular hem and when I picked up my pants it doesn’t look like that i shortened my pants.Stitching is done nicely. I really like the job. One thing, which I really wanna share that When the girl was making my bill, then I noticed that I forgot my Purse at home. I talked about my situation that I have no card and cash.Then she said it’s ok I can pay on pick up time. I was so happy, because she saved my time. It was nice experience.I will recommend my friends to visit stitch it.

im good with this place, I always go here when I need alterations, which is a lot--i think they;re a little pricey--especially if you buy on sale items and then pay for alterations--work clothes always have to go and get things done--overall, i do continue to go.

Do not go to this place. I swear the don't dry clean your clothing. All my pants shrunk drastically and the colours were washed out. If i could sue the place i would for destroying my clothing

Had two pair of pants altered. They were ready for pickup the next morning , after dropping them off the afternoon before. The staff were more than courteous,and pleasant. Even received two emails. One thanking me for using thier services and one telling me my pants were ready. The day after I also got a thankyou message! But it maybe because it,s a bit pricey!!!

Worst experience ever. Brought my suit in to get it tailored. Firstly I gave them as long as they needed and they gave me a date which was a good 5 days before I travelled for a destination wedding. Cool. So I go to the location and they inform it is not ready yet and they had left a MSG after explicitly guaranteeing it would be done by Thursday. They said to return on Monday. While irritated, I accepted this and went on my way. When I returned Monday they gave me my suit and I chose to try it on first. The pants were adequately hemmed and tapered, no complaints there. However my jacket was butchered. The sleeves were both uneven and very obviously so. When I pointed this out they thought it was best to tell me that I was seeing things. Then the seamstress comes out and teaches me that the inside of the sleeve is always shorter than the outer portion. That is great and all, however that does not explain why the sleeve looks like a 3 year old cutting paper and missing the lines. It was quite literally waves in what should have been straight lines / folds. The worst part? I leave in less than 24 hours for a destination wedding so I cannot even trust them to fix this in time. My piece of advice. Never go here

My wife went to Stitch It at the Bramalea City Centre, on November 20th, to have the zipper on her winter coat repaired/replaced. The customer service at this location was excellent and very courteous. The problem with the zipper was solved very quickly. We definitely recommend this location and we will use it in the future.

Went in to get some shorts altered and it took them about five minutes to even acknowledge me, they weren't at all very pleasant and they all seemed to be in a rush when I asked for what I wanted. Well I paid the 30$ and got my pants back with only the waist line tailored in, now my pants have a giant amount of excess material that make them bunch up and uncomfortable to wear. Wasted my money, can't wear the pants. Go elsewhere.

I dont recommend this place. For any type of repair. When I receive my coat back the stitching they had put in had already started ripping out before I even left the mall. .35 % of stitching isnt aligned with original stitching. Had them review there work and they repaired it free of cost. But only the popped stitches. Not the sloppy workmanship. And just now a month latter the repair of the repair. Has broken once again. I specified this was a coat of upwords of 600.and I wanted quality. And now after spending nearly 100 at there location. I'm forced to find a new repair shop . They'll never see my business again

The Asian seamstress at the BCC location was so charming. I brought in a really expensive dress that had a long tear and the zipper needed a complete replacement. It was certainly not an easy fix but when I came to pick it up today, both issues were resolved. Cost me about $75 but for her work, it was worth it. Thank you. ????

I sent my pants to get a new zipper a few days ago as it is my favourite. The job was done and was picked up. A cheap metal zipper was put on. I got it back with thread hanging out . I decided to wear the pants this morning and about to pull the zipper up .. the zipper is barely holding on to the pants. For $32, cheap zipper and poor sewing. It has to go back but I am very disappointed ????
