At first it was a great purchase and then when tailoring got involved it went downhill. They said suit is ready to come in and my fianceè went to pick it up and did not fix the MAIN thing that was supposed to be fixed Now my fianceè is running to their tailor to get this done

Yesterday I was reading the reviews on this store. I decided to call to ask if they had my size of suit jacket (Big & Tall), & the gentleman (Anand) answered. He was very polite & extremely welcoming. I then visited the store, unfortunately I didn’t get a suit due to the fact that I needed one for today. I must say, although Anand knew I was unable to purchase one on the spot, he still dedicated his focus on helping me by advising me of what I needed to look into getting a suit. I promised that I would definitely return to purchase a few suits by way of special order, so I don’t rush into one that I may regret. Thanks again for the help Anand. ????

After my first visit, experiencing fantastic and personal customer service, choosing a prom suit from a wide selection of original styles, Stava's Menswear has become my first and only stop when looking for dress shirts, dress and casual pants, suits and ties, all tailored to my fit. Very rushed, and measurements were way off. An entire groomsmen party of 7 guys where not one suit was made right. Pant too short jackets to tight, I mean I really don’t know what was being measured or where they drummed up the measurements they were taking. Very bad experience for a company who considers themselves to be bespoke.

Went in as part of a wedding party. Offered us a group rate and I paid in full. Show up to pick up my made to measure suit after 2 months of waiting (1 week out until the wedding) and its 10x too small. Cant move. I send it back and lets it out in the back to the max, still not enough and if I sneeze it breaks. Shirt and tie are included In the group rate and he voids that deal and tries to charge another $60 for the combo. Claims the deal included the tax not the shirt/tie. Proceeds to ask me if ive ever paid taxes before in my life and if I'm new to Canada. Yells me out of the store in front of customers. Paid this clown $400 and he F$*&'s my suit up one week from the wedding and tries to charge me more before yelling me out of his shop. If I can rate 0 stars I would. Never go here

The customer service & quality in selection is above many at an incredible price. Highly recommend! I was able to find a high quality tuxedo that didn't break the bank for my wedding through Stava's. The staff really delivered by giving me and my groomsmen exactly what I was looking for: a custom tailored tuxedo and suits. The staff was exceptionally friendly and gave me options on what worked and what didn't for a wedding tux. I highly recommend them and will be back again when I'm looking for a suit.
