Brought my bag and pants to get the zipper fixed. After getting my bag and my pants back, the next day the zipper on my bag broke in the morning, I slide it open and close again and it stayed close. In the afternoon it happened again,so I brought it back to get it fixed. This lady told me they only fixed the slider. She then said, "they don't repair the track because the machines can't do it". I was puzzled because it was a sewing company with needle and thread and half a dozen sewing machines. She suggested I go to a shoe repair shop to get my zipper fixed, oxymoron. I haven't worn my pants yet, maybe I should get a second opinion before I expose myself.

Good, had my dress refitted here for about 27$ (tax incl). Had my measurements taken and received a text a few days later when it was ready. Fits perfectly now.

ZERO STARS If I could give less than one star I would. Zero customer service. Was rude, condescending and cold right from the start. However they seemed to understand what I needed. A zipper put onto my dead mother’s sheepskin/fur coat, buttons removed and the turned up hem trim to simply be removed. She ensured me that it was simple enough. They did not have a zipper appropriate for the job, that should have been my first red flag. They sent me across the hall to buy a zipper from Singer, which I did no problem. I returned. Gave them the zipper and paid for the 26” zipper job and to do the hem. A few days later I receive a text alerting me that my coat is ready for pick up. I drive out there to pick up my coat and the hem is not done and the buttons are still on the coat. She apologizes and says she will correct the error right away and will call me as soon as it’s done. Nobody called me. I called them a week later to inquire if it was done. The lady on the phone laughed and told me it was done, before I could Even give her a name or ticket number. I drive all the way there today to find out that they shortened my sheepskin coat. Cut off 6 inches of length AND TURNED UP THE HEM THE SAME WAY that I explicitly expressed I wanted removed. She told me I asked for it to be shortened which is false. I would never ask for a dress coat to be shortened I’m 5’9” and it’s rare to find one long enough to begin with. She insisted I asked for it to be shorted. Told me she even pinned it (nobody told her to do that) and it took everything in me to keep it together. I’m sitting here while she tries to salvage the hem removal/correction. She asks me once more if that hem length is ok and I said well we can just sew it back on. So just hem it and let me leave. She says “ok so just a bit shorter then” and I lost it. The other lady chimes in and said “no she said hem not short”. And they both smiled!! Basically NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER BRING YOUR VALUABLE CLOTHES HERE EVER. If you value your items or have expensive things like my dead mothers fur coat, don’t bring them here. No refund either. Basically just paid $50 to have my dead mothers coat shortened to a length that looks absurd on me, so it goes back in the closet never to be worn.

Very very awful customer service. Do not go there! I went there to shorten my pants and a black lady that attended to me told me to go put it on after she took the measurements with pin , i went in to remove and the pin fell off . She told me to go put it on again! As if it was my fault that she didn’t do her job well.she was practically pushing me back inside!! Very awful thats not how to treat people . I felt humiliated! I repeat DO NOT GO THERE. The other lady with the hijab is friendlier she was good to me the last time i went

Everything seemed great with their services, till I got back home and analyzed my dress more thoroughly and discovered grease-like stains - either from the sewing machine or carelessness. Also, they forgot to remove a portion of my dress and had to ask them to remove it upon pick up. Would not recommend them.

Brought my prom dress here to be altered. I was a bit nervous to get it fixed just because i haven’t been here previously. The very nice lady (sadly never got her name) pinned my dress to how fitted i wanted it & how i wanted the tail of my dress to flow also. In about less than a weeks time, my dress was finished! I tried it on and it fit even better than i thought it would’ve! The dress itself didn’t even look like it had been altered everything was so clean and neat. i would defiantly recommend this place to anyone and the staff there are all very friendly! Overall, I had a very positive experience with them and will defiantly be going back for any alteration needs!

Went here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and got a text about a day or two later saying it was done and ready to pick up. Didn't try on the dress until the day of the wedding (my mistake, should have tried it on right when I picked it up in store) and it was like it was never hemmed! Spent all night stepping on my dress! Costed $50 plus tax too, what a waste of money. Don't go here.
