Got two pants altered and they were perfectly done! In terms of getting things altered it was a job well done. However when it came to customer service it could have been worked on. I had pre-measured how much I wanted to be cut off the pant, but she said no and measured it they way she saw fit. Ngl her measurement came out better, but her approach to it was a little rude.

Didn’t listen to what I wanted. I told her I didn't want the bottom of my prom dress hemmed cause I’m tall enough and she hemmed it anyway. Was too short. I told her the dress needed to be taken in as well and she didn’t even pin where it needed to be sewn, too big. Charged me $200 for a hem I didn’t ask for, and a dress that was too big. Find another place

Absolutely horrible service, the lady has a very bad attitude and temper! Won’t be coming back. The lady was yelling at me when’s I came to pick up I dress saying it was too hard when she said it was easy to do when she took the job! Also while i was there this other couple came in and asked for their clothes, she asked what was their last name and since their last name was foreign she said she didn’t have their clothes cause their last name was “too hard”!

We went to get sleeves stitch to the churidar. The main lady asked to visit nearby Indian tailoring for Indian clothes. Since the shops were closed. We went there again to ask whether she do it or not. She quoted $25 the work which is the cost of the dress. Though she responded politely.

If I could, I would rate negative stars. Terrible service, YELLING at customers for dropping off a jacket? Not professional and terrible job, there are threads coming off the area that was supposed to be stitched. Never again.

I went Here to get my pants adjusted and this lady began asking me personal questions. She started body-shaming me and asking me why I have not lost any weight yet. Her customer service is terrible!!! She lacks every sense of professionalism in what she does and looks stressed as though you were bothering her with your request despite charging you a lot. I honestly don’t like her service, she is so irritable!

The service was HORRENDOUS. I brought this dress on a Friday and asked for it to be done on wednesday. I called on Tuesday asking if it was ready, she said it was and I told her I would pick it up on Wednesday and she said okay. I come in Wednesday and the dress isn’t even finished and she’s yelling at me because I didn’t give her enough time. I PAID WHAT SHE TOLD ME AND IT WASNT CHEAP EITHER. she told me to come back at 9pm which is when she closes. I come at 8:30 and she’s freaking out on me telling me I’m early and is not done so I leave. I come back at 8:55 and she still has the audacity to SCREAM at me saying that she’s stressed and it was a difficult job even though at the consultation SHE SAID SHE COULD DO IT. SHE SCREAMED AT ME AT THE OTHER END OF THE STORE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE most rude encounter I ever had with a tailor. As I was waiting for the dress, another person came to pick up their dress, she asked for the name, and she said her last name which was a foreign name and the lady said “your name is too hard I don’t know what you’re saying. I don’t have your dress” I literally had to yell at the top of my lungs to tell her to give me my dress so I could leave. Unbelievable service. That Asian lady is crazy and her business will die if her attitude continues.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I dropped off a jacket on a Friday that needed a new zipper and asked if she could do it. She said she could. I asked if it would be done on Sunday as I really needed it for Monday and if it's too short of notice let me know so I can take it elsewhere. She said no problem I can get it Sunday. I paid $44 for a zipper. I thought it was a steep price but didn't second guess it as she said it would be good and done on time. When Sunday rolled around I came at 4:15 to pick up the jacket and the store was CLOSED. It should've been open until 5. I called and waited just to see if she was on a break but NOPE...closed. I had to run and buy another jacket last minute as I couldn't get that one on time. When I returned on Monday around 5pm she said that she didnt finish it and to come back Tuesday. So not only was I promised that it would have been Sunday, she closed early and didnt even have it done the Monday. I was out $44 for the zipper and more because of the additional coat I had to buy else where. I will never come back here again.

Very unprofessional, at the time of providing alternating service, solicited for drycleaning at cheaper rates, agreed to it & at the time of pick up, owner asked for additional money stating she had to work more for ironing the suit. I don't know how professional it is to ask more money for same service what is expected from you, I agreed to pay, she insisted cash only, when denied for cash & insisted for credit card payment, she rudely spoked to me that I should keep some cash with me, what the hell. Stay away, big cheating, very unprofessional service.

Had a few pairs of jeans altered here and they were done well. Price was a bit higher than I would like but they did a good job and were timely. The staff that helped me were helpful and efficient. I’ll be bringing more clothes to alter here in the future.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The owner is a Korean old lady and she is the worst person you would ever encounter. She is absolutely rude and unprofessional. If you read the other comments, you can see that many people have the same opinion. I got my suit altered and it turned out horrible. I asked for my pants to be hemmed just above my shoe 1 inch and she told me "just do it like this ok?!" and she pinned it almost 3 inches above. I told her "No, that would be too short" and she said "No it won't". So I just trusted her and let her be since the store was busy ( I was hoping that people came to her for a reason and it was worth it). But I was wrong, she hemmed it way too short and almost 5 inches above my shoe. It was terrible and she ruined my pants. She is NOT apologetic and is extremely RUDE. When I went to pay, she grabbed the cash out of my hand and said "hurry I am very busy". I really do not know what's wrong with her. She must be a miserable person and lonely that she takes it out on other people. I hope all of these bad reviews can help other customers to NOT make the same mistake as me. I do not want anyone to get their clothes ruined by her anymore. DO NOT GO HERE.

Do not expect customer service from the Owner and the price is higher than common places, but she gets the work done. And, on my first visit she asked me to drop off her personal clothes to the dry cleaner down the street because she was busy all day and didn't have time to do it!! Seriously Lady?!?*!? LOL!

My husband bought a new suit from one of the well known stores but needed some alteration . The suit requested some alteration but we were short of time so they directed us to Quick Couture. The owner show she is tough but from opinion she knows what she is doing. All what she recommended for us was done professionally. I send her another dress and she also did perfectly. The only thing is to add, the prices are little high but her service is really good. Finally could find the right person to fix my stuff.

Very poor customer service. I forgot an item there, called to see if she could keep it with the things that were getting altered - she said it wasn’t there. I went there and it was right on the front counter. I spent $60 for three items, so I would consider quite expensive for minor alterations and when I came to pick up my things she looked bothered to have to stop working to give me my things. I will NOT be back.
