I have been coming to heartlake cleaners along time now, staff is amazing they do a great job, I'm never disappointed with the work they do. I recommend this place to anyone that would want there clothes done properly.

Please Be AWARE when taking your clothes here, they damaged our Burberry tie and blamed the tie for not being well made. The owner Josie didn’t take responsibility knowing very well that the tie was damaged under their care! I would not recommend this place at all. We argued on the phone back and forth for almost 2 weeks until I told Josie that she is responsible for replacing the damaged tie, she told me to take her to small claims court, so that’s were we will be. Please, please DO NOT LEAVE your clothes here! I hope to get this message out as much as I can so no one else goes through the stress and lose out on an expensive piece of clothing! Please people... do your research! Thank you

Got an angry phone call from this store telling me to pick up my clothes. Told him he had the wrong number. He said he didn't care, and to come get my ugly clothes because it was taking up space. I repeated it wasn't my clothes. He continued to yell at me, said this is the number on the ticket and he would throw the clothes out. I told him if he had to throw it out then go ahead but it doesn't change the fact it's not my clothes. He continued to yell until I had to hang up. He wasn't listening and the conversation was just going in circles. Even if it was my clothes... How can you possibly talk to people like that, let alone your customers.

We have been taking our laundry to this wonderful family owned and run dry cleaner for more than 15 years. We have had only positive results with the dry cleaning and alterations. BTW, their alterations are priced very fairly and affordably. Very friendly and professional service.

I have been dealing with Heartlake Cleaners for the past 13 years since moving into the area & both Josee and Jerry are amazing folks that truly care about their customers and provide top notch service! Jerry’s a wizard at getting stains and oils out of garments and ties! They do all their cleaning on site and are gentle on shirt buttons (mine used to get broken at the places that ship to main plants). I’ve also used them to hem my kids school uniform pants and recent they fixed a sport coat that lost it’s seam in the back (perfect like new). I highly recommend them to any professionals that are looking for top notch cleaning, let’s face it dress clothes are expensive and so only the best service will do!

You won't find a better dry cleaning place around. If your lucky enough to live within driving range you'd be a fool to send your dry cleaning anywhere else. All the work is done on site unlike most dry cleaning establishments. They put care into every item I've brough in.

I have been coming here for years. This is a family run business and the customer service can't be beat. Cleaning is done on-site so they are able to ensure that things are done right. I have never had any issues and won't go anywhere else.

Dropped 3 pieces of clothing to be altered 10 days ago, received a call 1 hour before the original scheduled pickup time and was told to pick up items the following day, because the seamstress was extremely busy. Came back the following day and was very rudely advised that my items were still not ready, to be pointed out at my garments half hazardly rolled up in ball on top of her sewing machine. She then claimed that on the previous phone call she advised my items would be ready after 6pm, which was a blatant lie. After being confronted by this lie, she caved in and said to come back in 20 minutes. When we came back 20 minutes later, we asked the attendant to talk to the owner, which we did. We brought our concerns on this whole matter, including the whole attitude of the seamstress. All she could do was shrugged and apologized, before charging us full price, without offering any kind of redress. Oh yeah, she did mention the place gets really hot in the summer... This is not the first time being disappointed with this business, but will be the last.

Don't waist your time. I took my jacket in to get the pockets fixed. First they said it would be 5 days. Then a week and a half. 2 weeks layer it's not even touched. I took it elsewhere.

Love the fact that they do everything on site. I think it’s important to support small local businesses and I highly recommend them for all your cleaning and alterations. It’s alwsys a pleasure to go in and be greeted with a smile and a great big hello. They’re staff and customer service is never disappointing and they’re attention to detail is why I keep going back.

Not at all impressed. I brought in a regular cotton king size comforter. Just needed to be washed in an oversize washer. Not only did it take 4 times longer than normal compared to any where else I've taken it to, but it cost 4 times more as well! Honestly it wasn't worth it cause for the extra money I would've thought they'd do a really good job. They didn't. Still light stains. Don't waste your time or money.

First time customer FRUSTRATED!!! Went to pick up my winter dress coat to find out its not ready as all the buttons melted, ni one called me to let me know I only found out when i went to pick it up..so i had to maje a seco d trip to picknit up after they sewes in other buttons. Also brought in two pairs of leather gloves. Which they send out to be cleaned. Brought in Nov 26th, at first they said 1-2 weeks , however I was told "they are usually just one week". After going there twice (a week apart) to pick them up, my items were still not ready. At that time they promised they would be in before Christmas. Today is Dec 22nd, you would think they are in? Wrong!! Almost 4 weeks later they are STILL not back!! Guess I won't be wearing my nice red leather gloves for Christmas as planned.SUCKS!???????? On top of this..customer service is not great. Everytime I've been in or called to to see if my belongings are in, they are always telling me to call another time to speak to the owner. Why are they giving ME work to do. They should be calling me.

Very Very poor customer service. They are not professional in cleaning at all. Very impolite people!! They don't understand how to treat people in a good manner. I do NOT recommend this place for your cloth cleaning needs at all. Wasting your money!!!

Don't listen to the other reviews , I brought 3 suits , 2 jackets , 4 pairs of pants and they finished them in 2 days and did an amazing job and pricing was fair. Great dry cleaner and they do awesome work , the staff / lady at the front very friendly. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming for my dry cleaning... everyone is so pleasant and all my alterations are on point! I would never take my clothes anywhere. I have a lot of alterations bc of my constant weight loss and all my clothes are done exactly how I want them. All my dry cleaning is handled with care and fair pricing! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Love supporting my local vendors.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I took my daughters prom dress to be altered. It was ready on time, pressed and it fit absolutely perfectly. Very impressed. I highly recommend this family run business. It’s hard to find.

A tad pricey. Took a bathing suit in to get altered, the lady took in half of what I needed and what she measured and said that's all she could do at pickup. Waste of time
