I visited today for the first time, and I left very satisfied. I believe I was attended to by Vito - who was nothing short of attentive. It didn’t take long for me to realize that he has a ton of experience. He was great at giving recommendations when I wasn’t too sure about the alterations I wanted to have done. Definitely a hidden gem in Brampton!

It is located in the sketchiest plaza ever. We definitely saw multiple drug deals happening on a Sunday morning in the plaza area outside of the shop. Aside from that, the owner seemed to be very quiet and old-school. It was a bit awkward at times cause it was so silent and he never really asked how my husband would like his fit and he didn't seem to be very communicative with us. We had brought a suit in to be tailored and he altered the jacket and the pants for $150. It was a decent job for a one-week turnaround, but my husband wanted it to be more of a modern, slim fit. We ended up buying a bespoke suit a month later instead since he wasn't happy with the alterations.

Frank was able to take 2 large winter coats and tailor them to fit my new small-medium frame. I’d lost weight since last winter but didn’t want to purchase new jackets. He did an amazing job!

Asked for price over the phone, and said I would have to come in for pricing. As I was in the middle of explaining my situation and how I can't just come in because it isn't for me, he said to come in and then hangs up on me!! Unbelievably rude!!

Highly recommended! Frank tailored my store bought suit perfectly at a great price. He's also willing to give some style advice without being pushy. Only downside is, the store is a little hard to find

I don't think he does all the tailoring in his shop. Vito has made me some items from scratch and when I needed these finished items altered later, the workmanship of the alteration was poor and sloppy compared to the original item. I've found seams unravelling and buttons coming loose all the time. Brought one of his alterations that I was not happy with elsewhere and was told that is was done incorrectly and it looked like someone was trying to cut corners. And he's more expensive than other tailors. His location?--bring a bullet proof vest.

Usually, I don't post reviews but I felt compelled to do so. Called in the morning, asked if I could have a button repaired for my suit. Frank immediately repaired it on the spot and when I asked to pay for the repair, he said it was complimentary. I was completely floored by his hospitality and kindness. Never asked for anything in return so the least I could do is spread the message!! (also did not ask me to post a review).

A hidden gem in the business. One of the only true tailors left in the GTA! I got 2 custom suits made. One was a slim fit and the other was more of a “traditional” fit. Vito did a great job on both. Really impressed with the results. All the work is done in-house - not sent overseas to China or India (like most tailors in the GTA). So the quality is very good. I’m getting married this summer and plan on going back to get another custom made suit! See you soon Vito!
