Worst customer service. I went there recently and with a stain on my top and I mentioned that I'd only pay if it's removed to which he agreed. When I went to pick it up, it looked exactly the same, so I refused to pay. However, he wouldn't accept that and started using profane language and told me I should have never come to this country and should go back to my country. How did it escalate to such hatred?

Stay Away, New owners. Not the same service as it once was. We took in a few items in which we were called on an item and told it had a stain. We asked for it to be cleaned anyways. We picked up the jacket and looked like the picture below. If there was a stain it did not look like this. When I dropped it off and checked pockets I did not see a stain like this. When I asked what it was they said it was the stain. The Jacket is ruined.

I DROPPED OFF A CANADA GOOSE JACKET THEY STOLE THE ORIGINAL SIDE BADGE AND STICHED ON A FAKE A BADGE PLUS THE FUR WAS ALL WORN OFF AND IS ALSO BEEN CHANGED. ONCE I PICKED UP the JACKET I TOOK IT TO YORKDALE MALL CANADA GOOSE THEY DID VERIFY FOR ME THE HUSBAND WIFE RUN THE DRY CLEANING BUSINESS TOLD ME THEY DONT CARE !!! We dropped off my wife White Jacket on June 16, 2019 for cleaning. A week after that we get the jacket back and its blue from the inside. The lady started saying the cleaners she dropped off the jacket too messesd it up and she will send it back. Fast forward 2 months of going back a forth with the shop we finally got the jacket back. Very disappointed with my first time experience there as the operation its self is very amature and no professionalism is dealing with client or showing client care.

I brought in a skirt to be dry cleaned, when it was picked up it looked pretty and clean but when I looked closely they safety pinned the silk skirt in random places to let it hang nicely on the hanger... next time maybe find a seam to safety pin to the hanger.. now I have four, small but pretty visible, holes in my nice new silk skirt.

Brought a suit in for cleaning, when came to pick up at day and time told to pick up was not there. Came back twice during posted open hours no one was here. Came back 5 days after was supposed to be ready they could not find it. Told me to come back next day. Returned next day closed again during posted open hours.
