Worst customer service. They completely ruined my sister's lehenga, we gave them a week in advance and said they could do it but they sent it back to us like this A DAY before my brother's wedding. We were regular customers until this, never going back.

I got a zipper change here and after a month the price to zip the jacket broke I paid 45$ for it and also the part she open to stitch the zipper in was never stitch back I a toddler pants cut and stitch because it was too long and after 2 months it came undone($20)

Great service & professional work - suits were tailored how we wanted with a fair price and picked up on agreed upon leadtime, I would recommend this place. Three Indian suits my fiance needed the bust area loosened which was measured before we left and the sleeves sewn on.

I recently discovered this tailor and am so relieved that I did! She did an amazing job and the fitting of the outfit was perfect the first time! She is very punctual and went out of her way to get me my outfit in time for my event. She was gracious enough to do my outfits even if I showed up with last minute details. I would genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for a great tailor!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They completely ruined two of my shirts, to the point where I can never wear them again. Stains weren't removed yet some parts of the shirt were burnt. The service is inexcusable, do not go here.

Unfortunately they were too busy to do jean hemming it would take them 5 days to do this and it would cost me 10$ each pair. *i had two pairs of jeans & same day alterations are advertised predominately on their store windows . Not very good customer service & very messy shop. Felt bad for wasting my time and apparently theirs. ????????

Can't say they do bad work really, they just didn't do the work they were supposed to do. Went to pick my dress up on the day and time we agreed upon and work had not even been started. No apologies really at there end, they just gave me the dress and I left. A phone call would have been nice.....I could and would have gone elsewhere.
