I’m providing this review based on the customer service I received over the phone. After inquiring on a quote to dry clean men’s dress shirt i was quoted a higher price then on their website. When I informed them of the prices on their website they claimed that their website was under construction (nowhere is this stated on website) and they would not honour their website price!!!!! In addition,to this the woman was rude and did not listen because of this I decided to take my business elsewhere.

STOP! DO NOT GO! - Dress not touched! Not ready for occasion as promised. Nothing done! Let me start by saying I am meek and never complain but this time I must. I took a dress in on the 9th, asking them to sew the button opening on the front shut and adjust buttons as needed. I explained and the man who took my order entered it as '2 shirts fix two buttons.' I said again "no, I want it sewn shut and buttons adjusted". After entering the order he said he would verbally tell the woman doing it of the change to the order and notify me of price. He said ready for pick up Wednesday. I left feeling really uncomfortable that he hadn't updated the order in the computer and was just going to "tell her" what to do. I needed the dress for tonight. TWO days after they said it would be ready. I had a bad feeling and called today. First of all they couldn't find the dress as they had marked it for some reason as 2 SHIRTS. I had to describe the dress so they could find it. They said they would call back in ten minutes once they found it. They called and asked "so you wanted buttons sewn". I told them again I wanted the front sewn shut and inquired had it been done because I needed to pick it up asap. They argued back and forth between themselves and then said half heartedly it couldn't be done. I said, don't do anything to the dress. I'm coming in to pick it up. I got there and the woman who came over asked if she could help. I saw my dress waiting for me, folded in half in a messy clump on a hanger. The LEAST they could have done was hang in nicely on the hanger as a measure of saying sorry. The man who had "helped" me in the first place ignored me and the woman who gave me the dress didn't apologize. READ on because I'm not the first person to find out their order wasn't touched at all. If I could give zero stars I would because they did nothing but leave me scrambling for something to wear mere hours before my event.

Just horrible. Brought a suit in Saturday for sleeve adjustment after explaining over the phone that we desperately needed it by Monday afternoon and was assured that it would be done by then. Arrived Monday afternoon as discussed - WITH ZERO TIME FOR AN ALTERNATIVE - and the suit wasn't even touched. I was given a very dismissive and insincere apology and sent on my way. I see by the reviews here that this is fairly common and the owner thinks that posting another very insincere apology acts as decent compensation. Doesn't cut it pal. Maybe you think that this suffices but you will discover that word of mouth and your internet reputation is everything for small businesses. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE!!! ONLY IF YOU CAN WAIT MONTHS FOR YOUR ITEM.

Horrible Service. I called this morning and spoke to someone about bringing my dress in for steaming. He couldn't give me a price over the phone because he said he would have to see the dress first which is understandable. I told him I finish work at 3:45pm and that I would be over there when I was done work he said ok. When I got there a lady was at the counter she was so rude and not friendly. She did not greet myself or my fiancé when we walked in either. To make things worse she said there was nobody there that could help give me a price on how much it would cost to get my dress steamed. She asked me to take my dress out the bag and she looked at it and said she can't price it. While all this was going on she was very miserable looking. I came to this place because the reviews were good, but I'm absolutely shocked that this place was given good reviews. Customer service is everything and this place has none!!

My wife dropped off a coat to get a zipper replaced. 40$ and 4 days later she picked up the coat which now had a plastic zipper. When questioning the reason of downgrading to a plastic zipper they stumbled on their reasoning of 'we've had bad experiences with metal zippers'. This means "we are just cheap"! They followed it up the fact that the zipper has a 1 year warranty. We checked the bill and it says nothing about a warranty, so even if this wasn't a lie we have no proof. Avoid this place.

I have been to Brampton cleaners in last week for dry cleaning of my Indian suits and Saris. They took good care of my clothes despite of they ask for owner's risk of some suits which has beading and embroidery work. I am so happy with their services. I will definitely recommend this place.

Horrible. I had been searching for a dry cleaners that could clean a company issued uniform over the weekend for ages. After calling many places, Brampton Dry Cleaners assured me my suit would be ready by Saturday, after dropping it off on a Thursday. I went in to pick it up on Monday. The uniform was no where to be seen. After asking the lady at the counter several times what was wrong, she was unable to come up with a reason as to why my uniform wasn't ready. She said, "I guess they didn't drop it off on time". Even after I showed her my recipt where it was clearly printed that the pickup date was Saturday, she still had no answer. I felt as though they had lied to me about the pickup date in order to get my business. When I asked about a refund she told me the best she could do was a 10% discount off my next visit. I don't think there will be a next visit. Overall, terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

The best dry cleaning and alteration services. I got my Indian dress and a fancy evening gown dry cleaned from them. I was little worried about my dress as it was expensive and had beads all over but was really happy to see it clean as new and undamaged. I got my blazers' altered too and was happy with their work. The owner is a delightful person and the seamstress seems to be good at her work. I would recommend their services highly.
