Well I have never been more disgusted in my life.... On Thursday I spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone his name was Nick I explained that I needed my vest to be re-lined as the silk lining had been removed now it's just the best it's not a jacket but it's very sentimental to me I explained to him on the phone that it didn't need to be stuffed just the silk lining needed to be replaced he told me on the phone it would be no more than $65 and to bring it in so today which is Saturday I walked 5 km each way in the rain to bring in my cherished vest that my father gave me who is now deceased I arrive at Avondale cleaners soaking wet and I'm greeted with a woman or girl I should say who was very pleasant but didn't understand the concept of this is a vest not a jacket I explained that I spoke with Nick and he had agreed to take on the job she didn't understand what I meant by the silk lining so she had to call someone the gentleman she called was very rude called and not personable he said to me (do I have to come up with the fabric to do the lining???) I said of course you do that's what a replacement is OMG Nick had told me that it would take one week this female is now telling me possibly 2 weeks by the time she got off the phone with the RUDE man she was talking to it became 3 weeks and he seemed overwhelmed at the fact that he would have to seek out the FABRIC to do the repair this place is an alteration and repair place @$-#!??? All I needed to hear was THAT miserable tone in his voice and THAT WAS ENOUGH ! thank God I took a video of my encounter WHICH IS GETTING POSTED TO FACEBOOK.... do yourself a favor and go to a place that's more professionally run where the staff is in communication with each other and happy to provide service with a smile.... Whoever that guy was is gonna cost that business dearly I dodged a bullet by not using this place heeeed my advice go somewhere ELSE if I could give zero Stars I would

Great place to do dry cleaning; the turnaround time is awesome. Very decent pricing and staff is very friendly and professional. Also', very fast service. Great place to do alterations, sometimes take a little time but always done properly
