I was excited find a tailor in my neighbourhood, and even more so after seeing the reviews. For those reasons, I absolutely hate that my experience was disappointing. I had 2 dresses and 1 pair of pants to be hemmed, and 1 dress to be sized down. I was told 5-7 days, and it ended up being 10. When picked up my clothes, the tailor had totally overlooked 1 of the alterations I asked for. She said the item would be ready the next morning. Not wanting her to rush, I told her end of day was fine. When I texted the next day, she told me she needed another day. Nothing was offered to rectify the two delays. As for the work: For the dress I asked to be sized down, all the material (including pockets) were simply left inside. It seemed unfinished. 1 of the remaining dresses was not hemmed evenly. The pants were fine. Because I didn't get to try the clothing on at the tailor's (she suggested I try them on at home and let her know if there are issues), I paid and tipped before I saw the results. This was my mistake. I did bring my concerns to her attention via text, and she eventually offered to "rework" them. But by then I had lost confidence and declined the offer.

I love my dress after attraction although I tried many places before I found this one & all of them couldn't do what I want. But finally, I found this place & they did a great job. Most professional and knowledgeable, great value, and fast turn around. We had 5 formal dresses/gowns that needed hemming and alterations, and Chand was very professional and knowledgeable, all 5 dresses turned out great and now fit like a glove! She had everything done very quickly and well within the timeline she said she would. The prices are very reasonable and great value for the work she does.
