They had my bridesmaids dress for a month and a half. Didn't start it until her pick up day. And still didn't have it finish properly the day before my wedding. Also did not give a refund for not having it done. And 180 dollars is out ragious for a hem and take in.

Way too expensive. I got the straps shortened on a very simple tank top and it was almost $20. Go to Jay's sewing and alterations on Hyde Park. They are more reasonably priced.
