WOW! Absolutely amazing job on a tailoring! I was hesitant to tailor a wool coat as I've had many ruined in the past. I am so glad I did. They did a beautiful job. You cannot tell it has been altered in any way. Looks perfect. Will 100% use again.

Very nice lady convinced me not to tailor my suit. She was very honest and knowledgeable about fitting. Will get other items trailered there for sure. BTW they moved down the street, next to Oak Bay Bikes

I had some pants adjusted and the result was perfect and in a timely manner. Only note is that it is cash only so keep that in mind when you go to pay.

By far the worst experience. Was told 4 days to replace a zipper. Came back four days later. Lots of apologies and how she forgot. She said come back Saturday. Gave it a few extra days and came back Monday. Nope still didn’t have time and not done. We are at 22 days later then the original 4 days. I come in. Not done. Jacket a part and nothing has changed since what was down two weeks ago. Told she can finish today later but the one on the table is do at 3pm. Explained this was due 3 weeks ago. She could of cared less tons of fake apologies. I know it’s a jacket but man it just makes you feel like she simply doesn’t care a bit. So I know have a jacket half apart and have to take to someone else. Would be ZERO if I could. Stay away from this place

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I initially dropped off items and was told they would take three weeks. On the pick up date, I was told they were not done and two more weeks were necessary. Fives weeks into the process, I arrived and the items were still not finished. I was then told to come back on four different occasions within two days, because each time the items were not ready at the scheduled pick up time. Not once was I called to be notified of any delays and not once was an apology offered. Although the work was adequately done, it was unprofessional and there are better options in Victoria, such as The Russian Tailor downtown. **EDIT: After one month, one of the newly replaced zippers was already broken. Poor quality.
