Well, I just had 15 suit jackets/sport coats, some pants and a couple shirts altered. WOW. Is all I can say. I have never had anything look so good or fit me so well. He treated my designer suits (Armani, Zegna, Boss, and Canali) as if they were his own. His workmanship is impeccable. The best part is that he is less than half the cost of most other tailors in town. He definitely knows the ins and outs of mens clothing, and how to make it fit!. That previous negative review is certainly a shill from one of those other tailors afraid to lose too much business. Plus, Mike is a pretty cool, knowledgeable guy. Fun to talk to!

Excellent work and good customer service. The team at Connie's will give you an honest, expert opinion on what can be accomplished and why. I really appreciate this. It can be a little hard to find in the mall (off in a corner hallway off the food court) but is definitely worth searching out.

1 year ago I got my first job and I received my work uniforms. The pants were too long and I took them here to tailor them. When I brought the pants in I asked the owner how much does it cost to tailor a pants she said she doesn’t know until it’s done. I returned after a month, she told me it’s $40. Ok I was really young and inexperienced so I took it with doubts in my head wondering how come it be so expensive. But I trusted her because the owner is Asian too so I thought maybe she won’t trick me. I year later, I talked to my colleague about this, he said $40 for pants tailoring??? That’s insane, it’s usually under $10. So, with that information, I’m back in the review session, very upset and disappointed. I’m putting down all the details for everyone to see, and let you guys to determine if this is a fair price. If not, Connie? Why are you doing this to me? Because I was young?

(PUT A HOLE IN MY ITEM, BAD SERVICE, DO NOT GO) I took a jumpsuit in to get tailored for a wedding, it just required a simple stitch in the front to keep it closed and adjustment of the pant leg. When I went to pick it up I noticed they had sewn the entire front closed and it looked terrible when I tried it on, so I asked them to undo the stitching. Undoing the stitching revealed a large whole that was created by them and evidently tried to hide by just sewing it up. When I asked the man about it he was very flippant, did not apologize and acted like it was normal there was a hole in the front of it created by them. They never offered to fix it the way I wanted or replace it. I would not recommend this tailor to anyone due to their poor craftsmanship and lack of professionalism and customer service.

The owner has an attitude problem and prices are way to high for mediocre work. The owner rushed me out of the store I didn't even get a chance to try it on he just insisted it was good. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Connie’s for over 5 years now and I must say he does know how to tailor a suit and everything else. He has done at least 4 suits for me and jeans more then I can count... One time I even told him I had a rip in my boat cover and he said he would look at it, then said no job is to big. I was impressed because he saved me hundreds of dollars! I've only done small jobs. Buttons, hemming, zipper repair, velcro customization on winter garb. The results were bang on each time. I don't normally associate good service with low prices, but for some reason, Connie's does both. I hope they aren't undercharging, because I want them to be around for a long time. The owner is an interesting conversationalist, too.

Always great service and great chats. He’s very good at tailoring men’s suits and dress shirts. He’s also really quick at getting it back to you, approx 2-3 days but asks you if you need it sooner so he could maybe even do it quicker. His business is a bit hard to find but it’s on the second floor of the mall, all the way at the end of the hall passed hair salon on the right hand side when you come up.
