I recently purchased my wedding tuxedo from Brenton & Co and have nothing but positive things to say about Ira, Tony and the team. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and the final result is exactly what I was hoping for. During the initial consultation, Ira started by asking about the wedding itself so he could gain an understanding of what our vision was, and match characteristics of the tux with that vision. Ira and I collaborated for over two hours and I left his shop feeling very confident with my decision. The measuring and altering of my tux was done by Tony who is clearly a pro with many years of experience in the industry. I appreciated his level of detail throughout the design/creation process, and the final craftsmanship of the garment speaks for itself. The cherry on top... I was supposed to come and pick up the garment a week before my wedding but, with COVID-19, my plans got changed and I was unable to travel into the city. I instructed Ira to courier me the garment and provided him with my mailing address. He confirmed that I would be home the following day, and when I opened the door 24hrs later, he was standing there with my tuxedo. The crazier thing... I LIVE THREE HOURS AWAY! I couldn't believe it. When I asked 'why?', Ira explained that the timing was too tight and that he didn't trust the courier services in the current pandemic environment. Honestly, Brenton&Co provides the best customer service in town and their handmade garments will last longer than you and I will.
