I brought my wedding dress to Westhills Alterations and it needed a lot of work. It not only needed basic alterations to make it fit me, but I had a lot of customizations I wanted done. Daniella was amazing, she jumped right on board with the massive undertaking, using only a vague drawing I had done as a reference. She made my dress fit like a glove and hemmed the train, it was sleeveless and she added the sheer top/cap sleeves that I wanted, and on the skirt overlay she replaced fabric for the waistline and added the belt I wanted. She did an incredible job, and I now have my dream dress! The best part: it was incredibly reasonably priced. Way less than I was expecting, and that was the icing on the cake. I can't thank her enough!

Just bought a suit for work Christmas party season and it came incorrectly tailored with the pants WAY too tight. I only had 5 hours to get them fixed before I needed the suit. Westhills Alterations were able to get them fixed within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Very happy with their service and work. 10/10 would use again.

Have been twice to take in skirts in the past, both have been great experiences. All staff have been very friendly, quick, and helpful, and I found the quality of work to be excellent. I also found the pricing to be fair both times, once where I took in only one side, and the other being more complex which required both. Would go again the next time I need something done. Had no issues with either job.

Daniela is an amazing Tailor. She knew exactally how I wanted to alter the fit on my jeans. I liked the material pattern on a bootcut, and straight leg, and she changed them to tapered/Slim. She really knows what she is doing, and has done this work on several pairs, completed in 3-4 days as promised.

I used Westhills Alterations for over 5 years. The turn-around is consistently a minimum of a week and their prices are not competitive. Some of the work was acceptable; however, after receiving poor quality work more than 3 consecutive times, I had to stop and question why I continued to use them. This included hemming pants too short, despite my request for a specific inseam. I had a dress with delicate material on the front and they snagged the material and ruined the dress. Last, I needed a zipper replaced in a pair of True Religion jeans which had silver buttons and details. They replaced the silver zipper with a brass zipper, claiming they didn’t have any silver zippers. I requested they source a silver zipper as the brass looked terrible. The jeans had been here for over a week at this point; they took over another week to source a silver zipper and replace it. I wanted and expected a no-name silver zipper. Instead they charged me $30 to install the “Silver” brand-name zipper. While this could be seen as a miscommunication, I felt it was catty and rude service. Of course, I want a “silver” zipper on jeans with silver accents. No, I don’t want a “Silver” brand-name zipper on True Religion jeans. Consistently poor workmanship – will not return.

I'm extremely happy with the suit alterations Daniella and her team did for me. They were able to make extensive changes, for example, to several pairs of pants - this involved, length, waist, and leg width reductions. I couldn't be happier with the work they did!

Lady was wonderful kinda and caring. I came in for a last minute cuff link cut for a dress shirt I had just bought. She ask me when I could pick it up, after I explained I needed it for the fallowing morning, this of course being vary last minute she needed a minute to think. After she helped another customer she told me she could do it, and I’d just have to come back before they closed. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.
