The tear in the pocket meant that it touched the polyester part and therefore the North Face staff told me that everything had to be replaced on the left part just for a simple zip. What Nettoyeur Unique Express did was therefore truly exceptional. Us, only they fixed the simple zip but they also made sure and took the initiative to hide the torn part with some magic. So a big thumbs up! Not only are people great at first glance, they are more than just professionals. A business that I will recommend with closed eyes without hesitation. Ce que Nettoyeur Unique Express a fait etait vraiment donc exceptionnel. Nous, seulement ils ont repare le simple zip mais ils ont aussi fait en sorte et pris l'initiative de cacher la partie dechiree avec je ne sais quelle magie. Alors un grand bravo! Non seulement les personnes sont formidables au premier abord mais ils sont bien plus que des professionnels. Un business que je recommanderai les yeux fermes sans hesiter. Personne ne m'a demande d'ecrire pour eux, mais quand le travail est apprecie, il faut le souligner haut et fort.

Best place ever. Tried to get my daughters white dress cleaned at another Nettoyeur on Ave Laurier. Paid full price and got the dress back with stains together with a: - We could not get the stains out but we put this note on the hanger stating that. It will be 23$........... by a very unfriendly person. Guess what. I gave the dress to this place and got it back as new. Will for sure come back and recommend to others.

Best tailor I have ever had in Montreal. I am a repeat customer and recommend this place to anyone. Very skilled and friendly owners. I'm picky about quality; this tailor has always produced work above my expectations. They're usually very prompt with alterations; however, they are popular in the neighbourhood. Thus, at times they are over booked with projects, meaning that a complex job (e.g., total suit alteration) may require several days (~7 days) to complete. Regardless, they work faster than most other tailors I know that have half the workload. Impressive.
