I replied that I was shopping at Taylor's and that I did not know about the others. You should change that in your store. Please leave a key in the women's section. Malheureusement, tout ne pouvait pas être parfait. Deux fois, plutôt une, j’ai dû faire face au “maître et seigneur” des toilettes. Je suis allée magasiner chez Taylor samedi dernier et aujourd’hui et j’ai eu besoin, les deux jours, d’aller au toilette. Il faut demander la clé dans la section destinée aux hommes et un monsieur est venu ouvrir la porte avec une très mauvaise attitude. On le dérangeait... Sa réaction était, je ne sais pas si contre la femme ou contre le fait qu’on lui demande la clé. Ce matin, il l’a jetée sur le comptoir et son collègue qui n’a pas une meilleure attitude est venu m’ouvrir. Comme j’ai protesté, le monsieur dont on dit qu’il est “malcommode” m’a suivie en arrière en me demandant si je pensais que tous les magasins avaient des toilettes ouvertes pour le public. Je lui ai répondu que je magasinais chez Taylor et que je ne savais pour les autres. Comment est-il possible qu’une femme soit obligée de demander la clé dans la section destinée aux hommes et qu’on se fasse apostropher de cette façon par un monsieur qui est peut-être misogyne ou qui n’aime pas travailler avec le public? Il faudrait changer cela dans votre magasin. Laissez, SVP, une clé dans la section des femmes. Elles savent bien et peuvent comprendre qu’une femme peut avoir besoin d’aller au toilette après un bon temps d’essayage et de magasinage.
