It was ok, you get what you need most of the time. Careful about some vinegar type stains though. Those seem to have a VERY hard time leaving. Fur on coats should be removed before clean (They also clean those but its a seperate price.). Carpets & Leather/Suédart take a WHILE to clean so asking to get a call when its ready is useful.

I guess their only good service is cleaning. They offer sewing and repairs, but that didn't work out for me. I went twice to have my pants' hem arranged and it keeps getting undone. I don't have the skill to do it myself nor the equipment and that's why I went to what I thought was a professional. Maybe I'll go back for cleaning but nothing else.

Why, but really WHY absolutely want to keep a transaction so that I don't mention these details my liver more than important !!? Mentionnons aussi que l’employé m’a spécifié que normalement je dois attendre leur appel confirmant qu’il est prêt pour venir chercher le manteau. Chose qui n’a JAMAIS été mentionner, car si ça avait été le cas, j’aurais aussitôt été ailleurs sans hésiter une seule seconde puisqu’ils ont le manteau depuis jeudi et que nous leur avions bien dit que je devais le récupérer le plus tôt possible pour ma cliente D’OÙ le « samedi 26 septembre à 16h », car c’était leur date la plus rapide avec garantie que c’était effectué. Pourquoi, mais vraiment POURQUOI vouloir absolument garder une transaction pour en venir à ne pas mentionner ces détails ma foie plus qu’important!!? Résultat, ils sont plus riche avec mon argent et moi je perds non seulement ma cliente et la vente, mais SURTOUT ils ont terni mon nom et mon professionnalisme grâce à leur négligence. Je les informe de l'erreur par téléphone... aucun intérêt de leur part. Je l'ai tout de même ramené, voulant éviter la perte à quelqu'un d'autre. Tout ça sur à peine 3 semaines... Bref, mauvais service et un "je m'en foutisme" difficilement croyable pour un commerce qui souhaite se maintenir. Bref, après plus de 15 ans et des centaines de $ dépensés chez ce commerce... on se tourne vers un compétiteur.

Extremely disappointing for new ownership. Service is slow and unpredictable. I dropped off two garments on a Thursday and was told they would be ready the following Monday, after 4pm. I returned on Monday, but was asked to come back on Tuesday. On Tuesday, one piece was still not ready. The work is sloppy and unprofessional. When I finally got my two pieces back, they were poorly ironed and frumpy. My skirt has a zipper on the side, but they ironed it with the zipper on the back leaving a huge crease in the front. The front of my dress was wrinkled, with a flap sticking out of the collar. I will not be back.

Ils ont lavé le manteau et ne l’ont pas recousu, il est très abîmé. Mes cashmeres sont tous foutus. La personne qui m’avait accueilli a l’origine (celle qui s’occupe de la couture) m’a hurlé dessus que c’est tout à fait normal de laver avant de recoudre. Il y avait des épingles à nourrices sur deux de mes pulls, qui ont été lavés avec. Le seul truc positif c’est qu’ils ne m’ont rien fait payer. Mais ils n’ont rien fait pour compenser la perte des vêtements. Plus jamais.

Very disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this cleaners to my worst enemy. We send out my husband's new never worn suit to get clean because our daughter spit up on it when he tried it on. We go pick up the suit not thinking it hasn't been clean because dry cleaners usually clean stuff, when my husband goes to put on his suit the day of my daughter's baptism we see that the suit jacket was never cleaned and black marks on it ( that were not existing before bring it to daoust). I my husband runs there to get it cleaned fast to get told sorry we don't clean here we send it out and gave him a free 20$ pair of socks and said come by Monday after 2 the owner will be here and you can talk to him. Monday I go it's the same lady and says well the boss isn't here but we will re clean it for you for no charge ( I hope I already paid once and it wasn't clean) we went to go pick up the "clean suit" to see that the black spots that THEY MADE are still there. My husband got so upset and told them they owe him a new suit they refused to pay back the suit stained. Never will we ever step foot in that cleaners even again.
