Le vendeur m'a affirmé que le tissu avait une élasticité. Une fois le complet terminé, lors des retouches, lorsque j'ai démontré mon insatisfaction au niveau du confort du Complet (l'aisance du mouvement) l'employée a a l'inverse du vendeur, affirmée que les tissus chez SurMesur ne sont pas élastiques...ainsi, après 2 rencontres d'ajustements, les complets, quoique beaux, ne sont pas aussi confortable que souhaité.

Belle boutique et l'endroit où aller si vous souhaitez avoir un complet ou chemise qui est hors du commun, personnalisé et avec un ajustement parfait.

I've been shopping at Surmesur for at least 6 years, being 6'7 and slim, finding suits and dress shirts was always a problem, until I came across this company. Since I now live in Montreal, I've been shopping at the Montreal boutique where Mr. Deven has been taking really good care of me. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the suit-making surpassed my expectations. I've been satisfied with the company in the passed, but since Deven has become my go-to suit guy, I couldn't be happier. He recently designed a couple of summer linen shirts for me and I can't believe how many compliments I'm getting about the shirts. In addition, buying from Surmesur is often cheaper than getting an unfitted off the rack outfit / dress shirt. The countless times I considered at D&G / CK / Zegna sports jackets or shirts, just for the brand and fabrics, but shopped here instead, I saved a bunch of money and the outfits ended up looking a thousand times better with the same high quality fabrics. I highly recommend!

They assured us that our suits would be ready by a date but they never contacted me. I reached out to them about a week later and they didn't have it. They must have rushed because when they did have it, the measurements were all wrong. They retook measurements and reworked it. Amazing experience at Surmesur, I would 100% recommend them!! The customer services and care was above a beyond what I was expecting, even offering me tea or coffee during my fitting. I worked with Deven, who was extremely friendly and welcoming; he really made me feel like I was in good hands. He was very professional and really seemed to know what he was doing; he even took the time to explain to me some of the steps and processes (which I appreciated). He went through many different options with me (specifically for a custom blazer) and was very patient with me, even when I took forever deciding something. I'm not an easy fit, so the fact that Surmesur offers all sizes (YAY size inclusivity!) was perfect (and necessary) for me...which has been quite difficult to find since a lot of other places only offer a limited size range. Thanks again so much to Deven and the rest of the Surmesur team! (I definitely know where I'll be going the next time I need a custom jacket/suit!!)

My husband and his 6 groomsmen as well as his father went to SurMesur for their suits for our wedding. The staff was very friendly and the private evening experience was awesome for the boys. The delay was a bit tight. They were supposed to get their suits within 5-6 weeks. It took a bit more time. The alterations took time too, we were nervous the week preceding the wedding ecause some guys hadn't gotten their final suit fitting. All in all, the guys looked great the day of the wedding and were even able to perform their surprise groomsmen dance wearing their suits!!
