This place is a joke. Website offers same day laundering service. Got there early on a Saturday morning only to be told that no, they don't offer this service at all. Best case scenario was waiting 3 days to have shirts laundered and pressed.. Update your website - you don't offer same day service or the 3 hour service you claim to.. Waste of time. Owner's response is a total lie.... Glad I don't do business here.

Please do not bring your clothes to this dry cleaners. Perhaps they are ok with plain dress shirts, I wouldn't know, but do not bring them anything of value. I brought four of my favorite pieces, 2 linen blazers, a silk sweater and a pair of pants. ALL were returned burned, stained, ruined and for the garbage. They took no responsibility.

When people say horrible costumer service, it's the real truth. Then they will say they don't know a costumer like that. Extra charge for 2 day service. They can't tell you the price for cleaning in advance. All they know is how much extra it's going to cost for faster service.

Bellingham has been the only dry cleaner I've used for years and I've never had any issues with them. I especially like Diane and the tall skiny guy. They really value and care for their customers. When they see me come in they always have a smile on and get my cleaning without me even telling them my name or phone number. They were exceptional getting the skunk smell out of my couch when my dog got sprayed. I can only give them 3 stars because I trusted them to have a really good wall to wall carpet cleaning service and they sent over this prick named Alain who refused to move half the furniture in my house, wanted me to empty all the other furniture and remove anything on top of it, he came an hour early in the morning, and had a serious attitude problem. Also the seamstress is good but sometimes expensive. I'm also pretty sure she bases her prices on how fast you need the job done and how busy she is.

I have been going for years. Love the drop off window, friendly staff, the iron on barcode tagging system they use so that they don't lose your clothes. They are probably slightly more expensive than others but they save me hours and they make dry cleaning painless and effortless

Good for standard cleaning: shirts etc, good for alterations yet expensive. Not very good as soon as you have anything that requires special attention in terms of cleaning like stains. We don't send high value clothes.
