Small town service with a touch of big city. If you've seen a designer you love in a bridal magazine, this shop likely has it... and more. The variety was excellent and I was impressed that I got the look I wanted under budget! Brooke runs a professional business with a personal touch. I walked into the boutique thinking I would not be finding the dress because I thought I had already found a dress that I thought would flatter my body type better (but I was still on the fence about). But Brooke was so amazing at allowing me to try on so many dresses and pulling ones for me that made me feel confident and happy! She could almost read my thoughts, which made me feel so comfortable and heard as a bride - I didn't have to filter my opinion. Brooke was also super knowledgeable in all the materials, styles, and accessories that go with the dress which helped answer all my questions. I ended up picking a dress that was totally me! The staff were so sweet, and were the only boutique we visited that day that listened to what style my bridesmaids wanted to wear. They had a large selection of dresses and my bridesmaids were so excited once they started looking through the racks. They all ended up walking out of that appointment with dresses they love! Best experience I had trying on dresses so far. They had the widest selection of dresses to choose from, which really helps when you're not sure of what style you want to go with. Rachel was a blast to work with, she was super helpful and upbeat. I purchased my wedding dress & my sisters prom dress from Runway Bridal & brought my best friend to purchase her wedding dress here & all three times, we or I have had a great experience. My wedding dress shopping (and my best friends wedding dress shopping) was personal & fun - having the boutique to ourselves on both occasions, I was able to pull dresses that I loved right away - try them on and then receive suggestions from Brooke and her team that had some of the features I liked about the dresses I was trying on. Through this process of elimination, both my best friend and I were able to find our perfect wedding dresses!

This was the first bridal shop I went to in search of my wedding dress. The store was clean and set up perfectly with welcoming staff. Brooke had reviewed my pinterest board and my survey and pulled out dresses for me to try and had them lined up in the change room already!! Brooke made it so easy and comfortable for me to try on dresses, gave me a moment in my dress to get my initial reaction before presenting it to my entourage -which was so important to me! The process was simple, easy and now just to wait until I can wear it! I also booked a few appointments for my bridesmaids to look at dresses and they ended up purchasing dresses as well! Again, it was very easy and they girls were very happy. We are even interested in doing a tux rental for the guys. This place has it all! I would definitely recommend it. Went in to try on wedding dresses for the first time and found a dress I absolutely love and will likely end up purchasing. The store was very clean, very organized and the customer service was great. Only downside was seeing a handful of dresses which definitely had the potential to be “the one” but the sample sizes were too small for me to try on. Which is the only reason I will be going elsewhere to try a few more on. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a dress!

Even before arriving, I was asked to create a profile for myself, as well as fill in a questionnaire to get an idea of style, budget and size. I loved how they have you select online the dresses you want to try on before arriving at the store so they are hanging and waiting for you when you arrive (they are the only store I went to that did this, it's such an efficient way to maximize the use of time during your appointment). The store is clean and so pretty, a great atmosphere. Brooke and her staff are amazing, making themselves available for all of the questions you need answers to. The dresses are all GORGEOUS. Totally disgusted with service at this establishment. Bridesmaid Briana went in on December 22, 2021 to purchase bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. She needed to match the color of the wedding party. She was guaranteed that the color they picked and ordered for her would be an exact match. On January 5, 2022, when the swatch that she was given was compared to the other dresses it did not match. She then called Runway Bridal on January 6, 2022, 8 business days after her initial purchase to tell them that the color was not in fact an exact match. She asked to cancel the order and get a full refund of her $350.00, She was told they would look into it. She received a call, January 10, 2022 and was told she was stuck with the dress. There is know way that the dress has even been made at this point and they shouldn't guarantee a color match if they are not going to stand behind their word.

I went to runway bridal for my first appointment dress shopping. To be honest I didn’t know what to expect. Brooke was amazing and spent time with me to explain the process and made me feel SO comfortable and excited. She got me to pick out what I gravitated towards then helped with suggestions along the way. I found my dress and I couldn’t be more thrilled ???? I went with my mom and my sister to look at some wedding dresses. I explained to Brooke how I wanted my dress to look. I Tryed maybe 10 on and I feel in love with 3 of them. I couldn’t really decided which one I loved the best so I Tryed them on again near the end and I feel in love with my first choice. I’m happy I said yes it is beautiful and I’m so excited to wear it on my wedding day !

You have to give Brooke a 5 star rating. There isn't anything I can say bad about this place so it is well deserved. She takes care of all your questions etc.. My wife got her bridesmaids dresses through Brooke and I got my tux and my guys' suits as well. Never thought I would deal with a bridal store for that but it was great! Easy, painless and price was very good.

This was my second (and final!) bridal dress shopping experience. The shoppe is beautiful and bright, you feel so welcome stepping through the door, and that’s just the start of it. Brooke and her team make sure you have an incredible visit even before you go — it was really helpful to browse the dresses online ahead of time, and select your faves, which were all hanging in the change room waiting to be tried on. The dresses are all stunning and the selection is vast so no matter your style, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. My experience at Runway was a blast, Ruby makes you feel like a rockstar, and even with restrictions in place, it felt like an incredible afternoon!
