Laughable service. Took all of 30 seconds to be told no sizes available, which is fine even for a thin 6’3” man, and no shoes at all. Was told to shop in Kingston. Go to Moore’s.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are big and or tall this is the place you want to go. Whether you are buying a suit or a pair of jeans, this is the store. High quality clothes but you pay for it.

Very rude to customers, take the drive to ajax or kingston as this store itself is disgusting. already contact head office to deal with their staff's behavior and attitude towards customers. ( only gave a 1 star rating to make this comment)

Selection of suit very poor. Unless you are looking for blue or black. 0 white shirts. Ties very few. Ohhh but you're still paying a premium.

Prices are a bit high for a t-shirt at $58 but they have an amazing selection of clothes in all sizes from xl and up. They even have socks for men of larger foot size up to size 16. Great find.

I had bought a pair of shorts and brought them back to exchange and they were not suitable. I felt like i was putting the gentleman out and his demeaner was much to be desired. The gentleman the day before was helpful courteous and knowledgeable. And said if not suitable to bring them back which i did. I will now shop on line as seems like these people have lost the ability to interact in person. I will not spend another dime there.
