Tom and Murray will take great care of you here and you won't find more kinder, knowledgeable, friendlier gentlemen. My first 3 piece suit came from here, my second on has been ordered and I know when the time comes my 3rd one will be ordered here as well. Formal or informal this store is the number one destination in the area for quality mens clothing and amazing customer service.

We purchased the suits for our wedding here and could not have been happier. The suits cost less than a rental would elsewhere but it was for keeps. It also helped that they have a licensed bar for fittings with the guys. Everyone who worked there were great and the clothing was well priced and classy.

Great people, and great clothes! They even took back a pair of pants more than a month after purchase, and replaced them with a better fitting pair. I didn't even have the receipt. Will be a customer for many years to come. Fantastic shop!

I stopped in while in Belleville on business looking for a pair of pants. I was greeted by Tom who is a true gentleman and very knowledge on the particular pants I was looking for, however did not have them in stock. He then proceeded to bring out the Alberto catalog and suggested he order them in for me. I could not decide between 2 colours, so he ordered both. I returned 3 weeks later and loved the colour of both pair, so he sold 2 pair. He was such a nice man, I bought a really nice sport coat to thank him for being so nice. What a treat to have a store like this with a really nice man just trying to make a living.

Always great service, high quality, and good prices! We are out of town and don't get to visit often, but have bought many things there from sweatshirts to suits, casual and dress shirts. This time we were looking for something as a gift and they weren't carrying it (nor was anyone else). What makes Lafferty's great is that they pulled out a catalog and said, we don't have it, but we can get it in a couple of days. They ordered it custom and shipped it to our house because we were out of town.

I walked in to Lafferty's today hoping to find a pair of cuff links and a tie for my boyfriend for prom. As soon as I walked in, the gentleman working was not pleasant, no hello, no smile, nothing... This of course was not my biggest issue with this store, I asked the employee who was standing at the counter if they sold cuff links (perhaps a silly question on my part as it is a men's clothing store) but the middle aged man looked at me with distain and told me "no" I replied with a smile and said that I would instead look at the ties, upon turning around to make my way to the back of the store there is a shelf in front of me with a few boxes of gold and silver cuff links as I proceed to pick up one of the pairs that catches my eye the "gentleman" (if I could even call him that) had the audacity to say "You will most likely find a selection at a more affordable price elsewhere" thanks to him I will not only have to keep looking for cuff links but I've been deeply offended... I will never walk in this store again

The behaviour of this employee is not acceptable, and really is not the norm and will not be tolerated. Amazing customer service and the staff are absolutely approachable and friendly. My fiancé loves the suits that he purchases here. The quality of their product is spectacular and completely affordable. I love going to this store with my spouse and browsing the merchandise also. The comfortable atmosphere makes everyone feel welcome and if I could give this store 10 stars I would. I posted yesterday..My wife's name appears but it was both of us that went into the store..I called the store, a sales person said he would look into my complaint. No call back. I called three times and left messages for Tom the owner..three phone numbers given..Home..my cell..my wife's cell..No call back..My wife called left a message with a sales associate..no call back. $100.00 shirt..with a flaw..CRICKETS !! Be very leary shopping here.I spoke to the owner Tom regarding my concerns at length, I'm very happy to report that he rectified the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you Tom, and I am confident that you will reinforce the necessity of giving messages to the person that they were intended.

We found that Lafferty's was the most reasonably priced compared to other options for groom and groomsmen suits. The atmosphere and service is what won us over, though. We didn't feel like we were in a "box store" and the options of creativity were available to us at Lafferty's. My fiancé (now husband) doesn't do "fancy" very often but the staff made him feel comfortable with their laid-back approach. My Mom's boyfriend also went to Lafferty's to purchase his suit for our wedding after hearing about the great service we had. I would highly recommend Lafferty's for groom and groomsmen suits.

My husband and I where out with our youngest son who is graduating grade 8 and needed a nice suit. My husband had mentioned Laffertys. So off we went, Staff where warm and inviting. Amazing atmosphere, well priced. Oh yeah they have a liquor license as well with a beautiful deck out back with water views. Highly recommended.
