Got two pants hemmed, pant legs were uneven on a pair, asked to get zipper replaced, and replaced it with a zipper that cant zip up.

I found this business on Google and during posted business hours, walked several blocks to find the lights on but the doors locked. After knocking I waited a few minutes but nobody was there. I called the number listed on google and a lady answered and sounded very confused. After explaining several times that I'm a customer with clothing to be altered and was waiting outside to be served, she said she was coming but after waiting another 5 minutes in the cold, nobody came. Waste of time. Do they not want business??

I bought in a dress I needed hemmed on the day of my event - he thankfully took in the dress and had it ready within hours. The dress was shortened perfectly, and I was incredibly grateful. Steve was very kind about it all...would definitely go back in the future

I brought in two dresses that both needed to be shortened. The sleeves on one also needed to be shortened. And the seams on one were taken in because it was a little too big. Good: -Stayed open a little late so I could bring in my items -Finished in the time I needed (2 1/2 days) -Friendly -Reasonably priced Bad: -tried to guilt me into paying more than agreed upon when I picked up -the seams (where it was taken in) looks a little botched
