I had gone to Marta for several years. Her prices are good and she is skillful and kind. However in the last year, she is fed up and wants to retire, and I found her very rude actually. For example, never trust the time she says to pick up. You have to call beforehand, her time management for pick up is horrible. I drove there on 4 different days, as instructed in the receipt before I could retrieve my clothing. She never apologized when she inconvenienced me like that, just put the blame on me even when she verbally told me to pick it up the next day. She also insulted my clothing, when she saw the price tag was over $100 on a shirt that I asked her to shorten the sleeve, she asked me why I bought it if it’s too big, and said she wouldn’t even pay $5 for something like that. She has attitude like that some times when you ask her to alter something and she doesn’t agree. After that, I took all my clothing and went to a better tailor shop called Fit n Stitch up at Leslie and Steele’s. A bit farther. but more skillful with tailoring and less attitude.

need to cut 2 pairs of curtain from 98 to 84, very simple job, he charged me 28cad. the next day he called me for 20 more cad, i give him the money he want but i really dont like this.

Although the quality of sewing is excellent,the service I received was very poor. I dropped off my clothing and had to wait weeks before it was completed. I don't recommend them if you are in any kind of rush. I will not be going back.
