I've seen multiple strikes going on here, and they were very public about it. Apparently the pay isn't that great :( They do get a lot of mail. Mail is usually on time though! :)

Terrible service, they refused to send my package because they wanted to help a woman send letters for an entire hour. Didn't apologize and told me "jean coutu is open" in a rude tone even though it's freezing out and it is like over an hour walk.

Trash service first time ever switching my address as I'm a 24 old kid on his own asked for the right info so I could come back got told to bring an nb power bill slip asked for something else nope nb power bill slip litraly had to ask my bank teller and service nb rep what I needed absolutely trash atleast fake a smile

Continue to misplace parcels and the service is terrible, 2 out of 5 parcels that were sent to me in the last few weeks I never received even though the website said it was delivered.
