Was told it would be ready a certain date. Was able to pick up 4 days later. Expensive and not willing to discount and just provided excuses. Haven’t even been able to check the quality of the work yet. Will avoid for above reason alone

Fast friendly staff great prices and my clothes came out clean and nice ..they offer same day service before 9am and have highly skilled seamstress on site and they do amazing work..they fixed my jacket zipper for a really good price the best price in all of Barrie ..they do offer same day repair depends in the item and what needs to be done..the company offers printable coupons on their website..as well they offer discounts to Military and O.P.P officer's as well as fire fighters and they are the only place that offers to dry clean Canadian Goose down filled jackets no other place in barrie offers that service...

Stellar Customer Service. I have had my clothes cleaned, pressed, repaired and I was able to buy real suit bags there. The Staff are great and very professional. If anyone has a reason to be grouchy from the heat it's them. However, they're friendly, funny and very patient. Highly recommended.

Just a note to say my wife was very happy with the job Crystal the Seamstress had done to her 2 pairs of black dress pants. The waist was not fitting right on the pants, and Crystal did a wonderful job in adjusting them to fit. She has also done other jobs for us in turning up hems on tops that are a bit long, and adjusting hems on coats. She just does a great job, and we have always called to thank her for her work. I recently used this Drycleaners and was MORE than impressed with the amazing customer service and exceptional dry cleaning this business offers. I was happy to discover the facility was opened during the pandemic and the turnaround time for my dry cleaning was fantastic. The location was easy to find and the parking was great. Kim really goes beyond customer service for the clients she serves. I highly recommend using this Drycleaners and I know I will continue to do so.

They couldn't promise me they'd get the dark sweat stains from my London Fog trench coat i got at value village, but they did! I really like the staff there, they're genuine people and they were honest with me. I was very pleased with the results when I got my coat back. And I'll be returning in the future.

1st time using to Dry Clean a Canada Goose Parka, it got ruined. The press has left marks , not happy. Burnt sheen marks. Of course you have to sign a Weaver releasing them liable So $1,200 ruined. Also bag tied at bottom which in Toronto is never done and when opened , it stunk of chemicals I won't be back

When your looking for a good cleaner do your full research. I have been to many dry cleaning facilities in the province with my job/career. Wright Cleaners of Barrie has one of the cleanest facilities in the Northern part of the Provence. My garments have always been cleaned with care. One pair of pants were lost 6 months ago due to a "BAGGING ERROR" the customer service agent called me immediately and notified me of the situation. I not only received great service, they gave me my money back for the cleaning of my entire dry cleaning bill and the correct amount of money due to my "TWO YEAR" old pants age. Not enough people post good experiences with a good business. I will always highly recommend a business that admits fault and fixes it right away. Thank you

I am sad to add to the other negative reviews, which appear 3 down, followed by what appears to be flurry of positive emails to counter them. No business gets thing right all the time, but as a customer since 2003, I expected them to compensate me for ruining several shirts: rips and some holes, possibly made by too high temperatures. They did not follow usual practice of marking any of my shirts as being damaged before they handled them nor did they contact me before washing. Since they were not damaged before I took them in, clearly there was nothing to mark or call me about. I discovered the ruined shirts after paying for them and taking home. After many exchanges, the owner suggested the holes were a result of wear and tear / I must have damaged them. She had no answer when I pointed out that no effort to mark the shirts “damaged” or call me before washing. She offered a test in a US laboratory to resolve the matter. But wanted me to pay the cost of the test: US$150.00. I found this difficult to accept in terms of customer service. Clearly I refused to pay this, as the man hours and cost involved in fighting them over 4 or 5 used shirts was becoming disproportionate. It seems my custom since 2003 means nothing to them. During the month of March in a very last minute situation I called these folks and inquired about a last minute dry cleaning for my hubby's suit for a funeral we had learned about the day before. Brandy and her team went well above and beyond to squeeze me in on the morning of the funeral. And they had the suit completely ready to go with hours to spare for us to get ready and go. I really appreciate that they went well above and beyond for us and helped us out on such short notice. When everyone else said no, they said yes and helped me out significantly. I really appreciate what they did for us and I wanted everyone to know that their service and customer service is above everyone else for how they helped us.
