We had such an amazing experience with Fabricare! The staff was extremely helpful and kind when we brought in my 23 year old baptism dress that had an unfortunate run in with oxi clean and bleach, which we used to attempt to treat a stain without realizing the dress was silk! They quickly assessed the issue and were reassuring without making any promises that it could be fixed. We were sure my dress was ruined as it had turned a splotchy bright yellow instead of the original creamy white. When we came to pick it up two days later, they had somehow managed to restore the dress to a very pretty antique white colour. The care and attention they took in their customer service and cleaning is beyond comparison. My daughter was able to wear the dress for her baptism and I will forever remember their kindness and skill! Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to go for dry cleaning and just wash dry fold. They pick up and deliver too! I had to get my comforter cleaned but my wash machine is too small to do the job...my comforter came back no chemicals, no smells and it's beyond fantastic! So clean! I am thrilled! I felt so valued the moment I met with a customer service representative walking into the store; it looks very clean and professional and smells nice. I was surprised with 20% off for being a new customer and a complimentary gift. I am so appreciative that they use all natural cleaning products and that their packaging is recyclable. They have gotten all of the stains out of my comforter and it looks brand new I couldn’t have asked for better customer care. I would pay the extra money for this service any day, thank you for being good people!
