I brought Maggie a vintage sports Jersey that was two sizes too big for me, so I had her do an extensive alteration to the garment so that it would fit me properly and she did not disappoint she did such an amazing job you couldnt even tell that it had been altered it looked like it was bought that way and it fit me the way it was supposed too Maggie did excellent work, and although she was super busy she still delivered in the predicted time that was quoted and at a very reasonable price I cant thank her enough I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone needing clothes tailored

I can not recommend Maggi enough! I went to another place first and they quoted me over 5x the amount Maggi quoted me at, and Maggi’s quality of work looked SO MUCH better! She was so kind and professional, I am beyond thankful I found her. If you need alterations, she’s your person!

Great quality of work at a very fair price. Very upfront about how she would go about replacing zippers on my jacket and overalls. Gave me an estimate on turnaround time that was accurate. Did a wonderful job that you can even tell that the repairs were made/required in the first place. Would recommend.

What an absolute GEM to find in Barrie!! I took my jacket in for a zipper repair and got it fixed and back to me on the very same day (Saturday!!) at a more than fair price!!! Many thanks for your courteous service, excellent workmanship and I wish you continued success!!!!!

I never write a review however my experience was very frustrating. I emailed to set up an appointment for an alteration never received a response. Called numerous times no answer and there is no voicemail. Went to the actual business and it was closed even though it was supposed to be open. If you are running a business emails should be answered and if you do not want voicemail then at least answer the phone. Gave up and went elsewhere for the alteration. Had to give one star or the review would not post.

Outstanding service and honesty. Brought in a very expensive winter coat that we were prepared to spend $70 or more for a new zipper. They adressed the zipper issue and said they might be able to fix it by changing the zipper pull. That proved to be the problem and was changed for $7. Worked like new. Came back with another far less expensive jacket with a zipper issue and they were honest enough to say the zipper needed changing but was not worth the expense for that jacket. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
