After 10 years, and over 300,000 km, I had to say farewell to my extremely trusty and strong Nissan Frontier. It still ran great, rode well and looked good, but the exhaust broke while on a very rough back road in the area that we had traveled many times in the past. It needed to be replaced by another Nissan, that could meet my needs, but not necessarily a truck. I went to Stadium Nissan and met Rose. She is a very nice, respectful knowledgeable lady, with a great personality and a passion for her career and vehicles. I told Rose what I was looking for and what my needs are. Rose listened very well, and showed me what I wanted, a beautiful Pathfinder. I also met Jason the store manager who is absolutely the right person on the right job in my opinion. his honesty, helpfulness and kindness are second to none. Meeting and dealing with these two fine people was a great pleasure. I'll be BACK!

Very bad experience. I went there to lease a Nissan Kicks and from that moment onward they kept dropping the ball. At first they said that they would have included winter tires but they didn't mention that were not immediately available but almost 2 months after. For somebody leasing a car in December, it sounds like a significant piece of information. At that time I had to drive to Edmonton for work and they reply to me was "the delivery is in late so there is nothing we can do". After fighting for more than 2 hours on the phone, eventually agreed to give me a courtesy car with winter tires on it. When I told them that I wanted to get rid of the car, they not only low-balled me beyond any reason but also did not disclose -even though I have clearly asked for this piece of information - that there were some fees associated in transferring certain documents to the new owner. This joke costed me $400. When I complained about this lack of service, they just said that it wasn't their fault - even though I clearly ask for this information - and just dropped the ball once again. A seller told me "no worries, I am gonna fight for you" and I am still waiting for his email after more than a month. Finally, I got a very bad experience. Every car dealer is super good when you have to buy a car, the difference is made in different scenarios (e.g. helping in selling the car or provide reasonable offers) and Stadium Nissan miserably failed in delivering. I will never come back to this dealer and most likely I will never buy a Nissan thanks to this experience. It is a pity because the cars are nice but dealing with people that just cares about their numbers can make things very unpleasant. Never Again!

Our experience buying a used vehicle at Stadium Nissan was excellent. Our sales agent Lewis was transparent, easy to talk to and I felt he cared about helping us (which may not be common in purchasing something used). The overall experience was great - we were able to test drive it on our own (without anyone following us), they offered for us to take it over night, took care of all the things we wanted fixed. Much better than any other dealership experience I've had!

BUYERS: BE AWARE! I made a mistake of paying a deposit on a car without knowing the approved interest rate for financing. My salesperson, Rose Vazifehkah, told me the default bank rate is 6%. If my credit score is good, it will be lower. My credit score is good. So I expected a lower interest rate around 4-5% for financing. The finance manager, Maricel Mercado, called me saying that the finance rate is 6.89% for 60 months. But the dealership will offer me a rate break at 5.69% if I purchase extended warranty at a cost of $3355 for 7 years. I was shocked at this. So I offered to do a cash purchase. And then another person called me from financing saying there is miscommunication. At this point, I was fed up and wanted my $2500 deposit back. When I went to get my money back, Jason S, the General Manager was extremely rude to us. He yelled at us and said 6.89% is same as 6%. He said he cannot return all the deposit back and told us to get out of the office 2 times. He said to get out and deal with the deposit with your credit card company. I had to negotiate to get $2200 back. At first, he said he will take out $800 for a very absurd reason. I had to negotiate my refund deposit to minimize damage. My mom says this was the worst customer experience and the most demeaning experience ever. I hope they stop JUICING up interest rate and practice transparency in their business practices.

TLDR: Bought a 2019 with just under 30, 000km. Experienced no issues until I returned to Stadium Nissan to get a key fob programmed 4 days after owning the car, where new errors and sudden repairs miraculously appeared. Good experience with Vince, poor experience with service department. (Will update after the new part is installed). Bought a 2019 Nissan Kicks with less than 30, 000km from Vincent who was very professional and not pushy in the slightest. My fiance and I extensively inspected the car which was in immaculate condition, and after a test drive revealed no issues, I was sold. Vince has earned my future business - I recommend anyone to ask for his assistance. Regarding my experience with Vince - 5 stars. My overall experience with Stadium Nissan: 3 stars. On my scheduled day to pick up my car, Stadium Nissan did not provide the second key fob which was clearly stated and agreed upon in the signed deal. This was disappointing customer service from Stadium Nissan. After the initial pick up, I returned 4 days later to retrieve the second key fob. I was assured this would only be a 30 minute wait while Stadium Nissan's technician's programmed the key. A half hour wait quickly turned into well over an hour, with the surprise additional claim from Stadium Nissan's service department that my car was suddenly now displaying a new error, one which required yet another return trip for a part replacement. My car was functioning without any problems until it was taken into Stadium Nissan's service department, 4 days after owning it. It is suspicious that this convenient unexplainable sudden error occurred only 4 days after I drove it off the lot, coinciding with the first time I took my car in to their service department. I am scheduled to return again for this repair, and I will update my review following the appointment. Stadium Nissan: do not trouble yourself by posting an empty response to this review, rather ensure that the next time I take my car to your service department it leaves with no new convenient fixes that require the car be brought back in again.

We had a real problem with the heater and air conditioner almost from the time we bought the Qashqai. When it was almost 40 degrees this summer on Calgary we almost melted traveling. The only way we stayed warm in the winter was because of heated seats and steering wheel. It was kind of checked out when regultcheck time came. All tested ok. Brought it in last week. Tailor Wing at the service Center was nothing less than wonderful. They kept the car until they found out what was wrong with it. Hard to do when it was an on and off problem. FIXED IT!!! I really appreciate Jason and Lewis, these two guys are very patience, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Especially, Jason is very patience to answer me all the questions no matter what kind, helps out all the calculations on the paper, and erases my hesitation every time immediately. Purchase a new vehicle can be very stressful, tough and always worried about how those sales people gonna set a trick on your purchase. However, Jason never let our transaction go to the stage. He offered me the best deal in town and no one sales believes that. I have been several dealerships before I make a deal with Jason. So far, I can recommend This dealership to whoever interested to get a Nissan in this pandemic period. This dealership only has 3 people operated now, but they did more than other dealership does which makes you feel luxurious, being care, and respectful. Purchased a used vehicle here this summer. When I asked for a detailed inspection I was told that there was not one, and it turned up after having to push repeatedly for it; I chalked this up to a new sales person, yet the manager was not forthcoming with this either. With this in hand (vehicle was surprisingly clean for its age) Went ahead and purchased the vehicle, only to find that one of their technicians cleared the gas/evap system on the inspection but it was clear within one fill up that this system was not road worthy. It turned out to be corroded and dangerous (started pouring gas from behind the gas cap). The technician at another Nissan Dealership was told by the Sales Manager at Stadium Nissan that the work would be paid for. When dealing with the sales manager since, both myself and the certified Nissan dealer who had been given the go-ahead to do the work have been given the run around. I was even contacted by the sales manager via a hotmail account, told that "they would ship the part to me if I was mechanically inclined and install it myself," and was quoted a price they would cover on the part that no Nissan certified technician could order at($80 on a $236 part). All this hassle for something they are legally responsible for, and have since attempted to absolve responsibility of. Be warned.

Had a good experience at the service counter, they were friendly and nice. I had a oil change and a multi point inspection, my report said my fluids was check and full. But my brake fluid and windshield fluid was low with light notification warning me the next day. not sure if they even check anything or did any service to it.

Fantastic service. i sent in my elderly Aunt and Uncle to get a new car. Jason, the sales manager, took care of them and set the car under the budget that they had indicated. No mess and super easy. Lots of integrity. He could have charged them more but came in at the bottom dollar without them having to fight for it. Very impressed.
