I came in the other day to get a quote for altering a dress. I was taken back by how rude and unwelcoming the lady was. I was quoted an absurd price and told to “shop around” as she clearly was not interested in the business. 2 other tailors quoted me 1/2 the cost of what I was told here. I see the business owners rude responses to other negative reviews essentially saying “if you don’t like the service go elsewhere” and I must say that I am grateful I did exactly that.

Terrible job, had my pants taken in. After it was done, there was still excess thread all over the place. The waist that they token in has a bunch showing up and is not flat and is not lined up properly. Whoever works for them clearly, doesn't know how to sew properly. my pictures show proof of their work and bad job. This shows that they rush and don't take time or have a good eye for the little details. Appearance is the most important aspect to me as a customer. If the job is not done right, then I am not satisfied.

I have many suits that I have had to wear for weddings which are have not been the highest of quality. The tailor at alterations are nothing but professional and of the highest grade. They know how it’s supposed to fit, with slim modern style and are able to take something that i think is un-savable and make it look like a high end suit. Jacket and pants they have not disappointed me. Also able to work with aggressive timelines. I bring all my clothes here for alterations needed.

Owner pinned jacket and fitted it really snug on me which is what I wanted. Got it back and it wasn't fitted at all. She decided to do as much as she could without telling me. Can't return jacket now. I'm out over $600. Terrible communication and she reacted badly blaming everything on me. Unreal. There are others in the area I'd consider.

They work wonders. What other tailors couldn't do they did. They rebuild my son's suit to fit him since he fell in between sizes. Not all tailors could do children suits and they did a great job with his suit. And it didn't take long just in time for our special event. Now he has a suit that fits him perfectly.
